Charlottes P.O.V

I've been thinking about the guy throughout the whole morning and where I've seen him before?

"Char, can you please come to my office?" I hear Marisa through the telephone snapping me out of my thoughts

"Sure, I'll be right with you" I replied

Stopping what work I was doing and slowly getting up from my chair adjusting my jeans and shirt.

The walk to Marisa's office was not that far considering she's only a few halls down from me, Knocking softly on her door and waiting for her response

"Come in" I hear her voice. Followed by me walking in and snapping my head towards a familiar guy with mesmerising hazel eyes who is looking right at me, sitting in a chair across from Marisa's desk,
Swallowing a huge lump in my throat I walked in and sat in a chair next to this goddess

"Well how do I say this...." She began
"From now on this will be your new boss" those words repeating in my head.

New boss?

Wait...

What...?

"Charlotte, this is.."

"Kyle. Kyle Stein" he said cutting Marisa off and introducing himself with a half smirk.

"Nice to meet you I'm Charlotte. Charlotte Blue" I said although I'm still confused where I've heard that name.......'DING' I've realised where I've met him before..could it be? The guy... The guy that bullied me throughout high school?

"I Believe we've all met in high school?" Marisa speaks with venom in her voice as she glares at Kyle.

"That's correct, although I am truely sorry for how I've treated you at high school Ms Blue" I snap my head towards Kyle to see regret and hurt written in his eyes?

"It's Charlotte, I forgive you Kyle besides in all honesty I've forgotten most of my years in high school" 'That's a lie, I remember those years as if it was yesterday'

"Really?" Marisa spoke with amused laced in her voice.
Watching Kyle as he looked at me with questioning eyes, I look back at Marisa to see a wide grin splattered on her delicate face.

"Really" I lied again
With that said Kyle got up dusting his clothes into perfection and turning to me with a genuine smile.

"Shall we be on our way?" He asked sticking out his hand indicating for me too stand on my own two feet

"I still have questions to ask" I said looking at Marisa completely ignoring Kyle's gesture to help me.
"Shoot" she replied
"Well why am I not working for you all off a sudden?" I asked trying not to come across rude to Kyle

"As we all know Kyle's father owns the company..." I cut her off
"Wait! What? Your Mr Marshall Stein's son?" I asked shocked looking at Kyle who just shrugs his shoulders as his smile grew wider which causes me to blush at how adorable he looks
"Yes, and now that he is in line to become the next CEO it's best to start early" Marisa informs me making me look in her direction
