Screaming continued. It seems they even got to hear Blake’s shouting.  Everyone was laughing and having fun. Except for Christina. She was still thinking of that kiss.

She moved away from the company coming to the window. She looked out of it enjoying the beauty of the night still trying to figure out what just happened when she felt someone coming to her. She turned around. It was Adam.

“What happened?” he whispered. Christina stared at him for a few seconds as she decided to be straight.

“Why did you kiss me?” she said quietly.

“I’m sorry?” Adam had a puzzled face. “I kissed you?”

“Yes, like 5 minutes ago?”

“I didn’t kiss you!” Adam protested what made Christina go angry. “But wait, you fantasize about me?”

“Don’t be ridiculous! It happened in that room and it was real!”

“I don’t know whoever it was it wasn’t me” Adam said calmly walking away leaving Christina with weird thoughts. If it wasn’t Adam, nor Blake, not Cee Lo, and of course not girls. Who would kiss her then?

As they were heading back to their rooms a curious maid noticed them coming out of the hallway as she promptly came to them and asked a question.

“Have you met the ghost?” she smiled.

“Christina obviously did” Adam blurted out.

Christina sent him a death look what made him smile. Then she turned to maid “You believe in ghosts?”

“Well there is a legend that I guy who lived here died when he was looking for his lover. And now he continues walking around the castle and is still looking for her.”

“Sounds great” Christina smiled as they continued moving. Adam moved slowlier in order to get behind Christina’s back.

“It seems you found your destiny” he whispered to her ear.

“Shut up Levine!” Christina yelled making everyone to turn around. Adam had a big grin on his face watching how ridiculous Christina looked right now. She ignored all of them as she moved forward.

It was almost midnight so everyone headed to their room to sleep.

Turned out Adam was right. Christina couldn’t sleep. She was scared. She was afraid of any sound. She hated it. She wasn’t a person who was afraid of the ghosts. But her mind was going back to the moment when someone kissed her as a wave of fear walked through her body.

She was sure it was Adam but then she remembered him saying with a serious face that it wasn’t him. He was either a good actor or… Or was it a real ghost? No, it could be no ghosts. Christina didn’t believe in supernatural. She tried to forget what happened but she couldn’t as when she heard even the quietest rustle she instinctively squeezed the blanket.

As soon as she got tired of it she got up, wore the first dress she found and went out to the bar. It was 3am, but bar was working 24 hours a day. The bar was almost empty. But on one of the stools she noticed a familiar face.

“What are you doing here?” she asked taking a seat next to Adam.

“Can ask the same”

“I couldn’t sleep so decided to take a walk.” She said calmly turning to barman and ordering herself a drink.

“Same” he answered calmly.

“I thought you wouldn’t even think of sleeping by this time”

“We can have fun if you want” he smirked putting his hand on her lap and staring at her sexually.

“How much have you already drunk?” she pulled it off.

“Actually I’m sober. It’s my first shot”

“Then go and please your girlfriend if you’re so horny”

“She is sleeping right now and well it’s not her who makes me horny right now” he whispered in a husky tone getting closer to her face.

“Gosh, it’s totally not your first” Christina said getting ready to walk away from this talk. But his voice stopped her as soon as she tried to stood up.

“It was you kissing me today” he grinned.

“That you’re denying it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen” she said angrily.

“You don’t know the second part of the legend” Adam smirked.

“Oh really? Then what is it? It’s your twin brother who is the ghost?”

Adam laughed at Christina’s frowned face. She looked so cute at that moment. He liked it. “The legend says that this boy who looks for a girl is seen just to people who are deeply in love. The ghost takes the shape of the guy who the girl, who sees him, loves.”

“Oh, so you want to say that I’m deeply in love with you?” Christina laughed. “You’re so wrong!”

“Oh, really? Then why you were kissing a ghost who looked like me”

“Oh stop it! I didn’t even see him!”

“Then why do you think it was me then?” Adam continued teasing Christina. He loved the way she was getting nervous and uncomfortable in this situation. She looked so cute to him.

“Because he wasn’t as tall as Blake and it obviously wasn’t Cee Lo. So it was you!”

‘Ghost” Adam fixed. It made Christina go madder. No ghosts exist!

“Can we change the subject or I’m leaving?” she hissed.
