I just couldn't help myself.

She was right there, and...

I pull away.

And i waited for her to hit me.

But nothing came.

Huh?

My face felt warm as he pulled back.

He looked like i was about to duff him one... but of course i didn't.

"Naruto?" i whisper awkwardly.

The air seems thick with tension.

I reach up and hug him.

He seems suprised but hugs me back.

"I'm so sorry, i-" i cut him off by putting a finger to his lips.

Then i kiss him gently.

"Does that mean you like me back?" Naruto sounds like he doesn't quite beleive it.

"Yes.." i reply back quietly.

He smiles so bright, and the happiness in them makes all the other smiles seem somewhat fake.

After we explained that I was fully healed, I was allowed to leave the hospital.

Me and Naruto walked hand in hand down to the ramen shop.

We both ordered miso and sat down and talked.

I said I would help him with his training, since he said he was having trouble with ice style.

He said I could live with him If I wanted.

We both said yes.

I went to his apartment with him.

The entire thing isn't that big, but still considerably larger than mine.

We spent an hour cleaning the whole thing up.

Then, when he went to collect the money from our mission, I started to decorate my room.

I painted the walls red with prank paint Naruto had, and I put on a fresh pillow. (The last one was dirty?)

I think I'm going to enjoy living here.
