CHAPTER TWO
10 YEARS LATER

I got rid of the flash back. And Mom and I were on a aeroplane going to Northern California. We we're moving because my mom remarried. To a man called Andy. I am sixteen now.
"Sweetheart, I really wish you would wear something normal." My mom said to me. I roll my eyes at her. I was wearing my normal Drop Dead hoodie, black skinny jeans and black All Star converse. I sigh for her answer. She doesn't like the way I'm an "emo" I have the whole thing going on. Black emo shoulder length hair and side bangs with piercing green eyes.
As we land I could see the huge poster my stepdads three boys were holding it said "WELCOME HOME SUZE! " Oh, this isn't home. We get our luggage. And meet my stepfamily. Which consisted of 18 year old Jake (I call him sleepy, because he always looks sleepy), then there's 16 year old Brad (Dopey, well because he is dopey), Then there's 12 year old David (Doc).
"Suzie!" Doc shouted I smile at the adorable smart 12 year old ginger.
"Hi can we go to our new house? Like now?" I asked. I was really anxious because I was never at it. They agreed and we drove there.
It was a old blue and white cute three story houses. I gasp.
"Isn't lovely Suzie? " my mom and Andy ask.
"Oh, no." I gasp. "When was this house built?"
"1849 - 1850"Andy says proudly.
"Shit..." I whisper.
"I'm sorry Andy, she just really hates old buildings." My mom apologizes to Andy.
"It's quite alright. May I ask, why?" Andy asks.
"I don't know.... Susannah?" my mom asks.
Because there are more ghosts in older buildings.... I'm a mediator. I can see and talk to ghosts. It's my job to send the ones that are still stuck on earth to where ever ghosts go.
