When Dean disappeared you were scared and worried. You and Sam none stopped looking for him. After a few months with no luck. You sort of gave up. The day of the fight u found out u were pregnant, but you didn't tell Dean that u were. When Sam finally found him, he didn't tell you until the darkness was coming. He was so happy that you were safe and with his baby. When it came time for the baby to come. Dean was by your side the whole time.
