On their way to Snowbelle City, Ash, Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie were talking, Clemont said "Hey Ash? I know you are not leaving just yet, but this is so I do not forget to tell you when you do.." Ash replied "What is it clemont?" Clemont acknowledged his request "Well... Thank you for giving me hope, strength, and helping me understand Pokemon better, what I'm trying to say is Ash... Thank you for all you done for me!" Clemont praised, Ash replied "It's no problem Clemont! Also, you would probably done the same for me!" Ash put his right hand on Clemont's right shoulder.

About an hour later of walking they saw a few 14 or 34 rock pebbles coming from the cliff, Serena knew her nature instincts, she shouted "EVERYONE MOVE! THERE IS A BOULDER COMING!" Serena, Bonnie, Clemont, and Ash were running, but Ash saw he probably wouldn't make it, so he grabbed Clemont and threw him to Serena and Bonnie, Ash screamed in pain as the Boulder blew up "Agh!!! Guys dont wait for me! GO!" Serena gasped as Clemont took Bonnie and Serena's hands and ran forward to Snowbelle City.

When they got at the Snowbelle City Pokemon Center, with Clemont, Bonnie, and Serena, Serena checked into a room and ran there and cryed into her pillow "Serena you are so stupid!! Why did you not tell him before this whole mess happened!!??" She cryed hard, she pulled out her pink tac-pad and texted Grace:

Serena: Mom?!?!

Grace: What is it?

Serena: I-i-its about Ash!

Grace: Ok let it out.

Serena: A-A-Ash is d-d-dead!

Grace: D: I feel so bad for you right now! Do you want to come home?

Serena: Yeah, I'm going home, I promise, I'll begin packing right now and then first thing in the morning I'll come home! The only reason why I came on this journey was to see Ash again!

Grace: Ok..I'll see ya later... Hope you get better!

Serena: K, Thanks mom... I'll be home...

She turned her tac-pad off and just packed her bag with all her stuff. Hours later, Serena decided to tell Shauna about this, she brought out her tac-pad out again

Serena: Hey Shauna...We have good news and bad news... What would you like to hear first?

Shauna: Bad news

Serena: Ash is dead

Shauna: Oh. My. God... well what are you going to do now?

Serena: Well... That's the good news... I'm going back to Vanville Town... Do you want to come along with me?

Shauna: Well... Sure... I don't have anything better to do anyways...

Serena: Then meet me at the Snowbelle City Pokemon Center.

Shauna: Sure. I'm only about 10 Minutes away.

Serena put her tac-pad away and finished packing, she cried again.

1 Month later

"Mom I'm home!" Serena yelled, Grace responded "Ok! Come up to my room, we can talk about what happened there!" Serena went upstairs to Grace's room, serena was sad and sat on the bed with Grace next to her "So what happened?" Serena replied "Well... What happened was, Clemont was Thanking Ash for all he has done for him, and I saw about 14 or 34 rock pebbles come from the cliff, so I told them all to get out of the way, Clemont was falling behind, so Ash decided to grab him and throw him ahead to be safe... But.... Ash didn't make it in time, so... h-h-he was crushed by the boulder." Grace looked sorry for Serena, Serena finished up her sentence "I promised Ash I would take care of Pikachu..." Pikachu Purred sadly "Pika...".

At the boulder site

There lied Ash Ketchum. Lifeless. With his hat off. He had a flashback of everything he went through in the past.

Flashback Begins

He remembered the flock of Spearow and Pidgey. He remembered Pikachu. He remembered Serena. He remembered him winning the frontier. And most of all. He remembered his love for Serena.

Back at Vanville Town

"Hey mom? I'm going to inform Ash's mom about this okay?" Grace nodded.

On the Video Phone

Delia asked "Hello? What is it?" Serena responded "Delia...I have something to say to you..." Delia replied "What is it?" Serena replied "A-Ash is dead..." Delia hung up due to shock.

Well that went well...I guess...

Serena went back to her room and continued to lay down on her bed and just think about nothing but Ash...She wore the necklace Ash gave her when he beat the Anistar City Gym. She lifted up the necklace with her hand, the necklace was silver, there was a diamond for the necklace, it was shiny enough to even see your reflection, The diamond was shaped as a heart. She got curious, she took a closer look at the center of the heart which read:
