Chapter 2: Playing the Game

The next day

Yn's POV

I got up and got ready. I made myself a bowl of oatmeal then headed to the studio. Lila greeted me when I got there.

Lila- Hey girl!

Yn- Hey

Lila- So you're going to perform Somebody

Yn- Okay

I went into the booth and picked up the headphones. The music started and I was swaying to the beat.

We just do our thing no time to waste

And end of the night when the lights go out will we turn down?

And when they try to make us leave we turn and say we never going hoooome

This was one of my favorite songs so it kind of took my mind off of everything. I actually started to have fun.

Some hours later

Lila- Okay you can go we will work on choreography later

Yn- Okay bye

I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I hopped on the elevator to go the lobby.

"Hey wait!" Someone yelled

I held the elevator door and they ran up. It was a guy with caramel skin and brown eyes. He was FINE.

Guy- Thanks

Yn- Your welcome

Guy- I'm Diggy (holds out his hand)

Yn- Yn (shakes his hand)

Diggy- I didn't know you worked in the studio. You're that artist Yn right?

Yn- Yep that's me.

Diggy- I've heard a couple of your songs. You're really talented.

Yn- Thank you. Same to you.

Diggy- Thanks that means a lot.

I smiled at him. The elevator dinged and I stepped out.

Diggy- Um I know we just met but can I take you out? (Smiles)

Yn- Um sure

Diggy- Alright cool I'll pick you up at 7

Yn- Sounds good

Diggy's POV

This girl is fine and she can sing. I want to get to know her.
