Chapter 4: BET Awards

Yn's POV

Today is the BET Awards and I'm nervous as hell. Right now I'm in my dressing room getting my makeup done by my makeup artist.

Yn- Okay thanks Raven

Raven- No problem girl

I looked in the mirror and fluffed out my curly hair. Then there was a knock on the door.

Yn- Come in

I turned around to see Diggy smiling at me.

Diggy- Hey

Yn- Hey

Diggy- Just came to wish you good luck. You ready?

Yn- (chuckles) Not really

Diggy- It's fine you'll do great (hugs me)

Yn- Thanks

Diggy- Well I'll see you later

Yn- K bye

Diggy left and one of the stage managers came in.

SM- Yn you're on in 5!

I made my way to the stage and waited to be announced.

Tracy & Anthony- Now show some love for Yn!

(An: I think that's who hosted this year I forgot lol)

I walked out on stage and the grade went wild

"I wanna rock with somebody
I wanna take shots with somebody
(Shots! Shots! Shots! Shots!)
I wanna leave with somebody..."

After the show I was walking back to my dressing room and I saw Tinashe.

Tinashe- Damn girl you were killing it

Yn- Thanks T

Tinashe- You coming to the after party?

Yn- Eh I don't know

Tinashe- Come on everyone did great we gotta celebrate.

Yn- Alright

I changed back into my clothes (in media) and left with Tinashe. When we got there everybody was turning up. Then Down in the DM came on by Yo Gotti.

Yn- Ohhhh shit!

I made my way to the dance floor and started dancing. After the song was over I went to the bar to get a drink.

Yn- Can I get a cosmopolitan?

Bartender- Aight

I pulled out my phone and got on Twitter while I waited for my drink. Diggy and Jacob Latimore came over to me.

Jacob- Hey girl! (Hugs me)

Yn- Hey

Jacob- You kilt it tonight

Yn- Thanks. Congratulations on your award by the way.

Jacob- Thank you (holds chest)

Diggy- I saw  you over there dancing (laughs)

Yn- Shut up

Bartender- Here you go ma'am

Yn- Thanks

Diggy- Seriously Yn you haven't even been here that long?

Yn- What? We're celebrating right?

Diggy and Jacob shrugged and looked at each other.

The next morning

I woke up in a hotel room. Not my hotel room but a hotel room. I looked around. I didn't see anyone. Then I heard a voice in the other room.

???- Nah it's cool. Aight thanks.

Then someone came in. It was Diggy shirtless. I tried to not look at his abs.

Diggy- You're awake (smiles)

Then it hit me

Yn- Oh my god!

Diggy- What? (Raises eyebrow)

Yn- Did we?

Diggy- Oh no...no

Yn- Then what happened?

Diggy- Well let's just say you had more than one drink and things got out of hand so I brought you here.

Yn- Oh sorry

Diggy- It's cool (chuckles)

Yn- Lila must've called a thousand times

(An: Adele reference)

Diggy- No I told her where you were last night. She just told me to make sure you get some sleep. You didn't have anything to do today anyway.

Yn- Oh okay. Well you can just drive me back to my hotel.

Diggy- Well I don't have anything today either. We can go get breakfast if you want.

Yn- (smiles) Sure

I got dressed then Diggy and I went to IHOP

Waitress- Hi what can I get you guys today?

Yn- I'll have the strawberry and banana pancakes

Diggy- And I'll have the strawberry and peach pancakes

Waitress- Okay that'll be right out

Yn- Thank you

We talked and ate and enjoyed each other's company. Then I noticed Diggy staring at me.

Yn- What?

Diggy- Nothing. You're just...beautiful

That last part was kind of quiet. I blushed and looked down.

Diggy- Awww I made you blush

I rolled my eyes.

After we left I just went back to my hotel and just chilled for the day.

11:39 pm

Lila- Go ahead and get some rest sweetie. You've got a meet and greet tomorrow.

Yn- Okay. Good night.

Lila- Night

Eh kind of boring. But it will get more interesting later. I'll update as soon as possible.
