This is pretty simple.
Plot: about a girl in love with the popular boy. She's shy, nerdy and all that. She expresses her love with the popular boy in the notes that she simply put in his locker or smth then she'll assigned with the popular boy to do a project.
Or..
A sasaeng that writes notes to her favorite idol. She eventually finds a way for hin to find it until the idol finally know that it's her or she gets a job that is involved with his group.
