(justin POV)

Tori just left the bus and she didnt even say bye to me. I know what I said was hurtful but was it really that bad that you'd without a goodbye? Im just sitting in my room thinking about Tori even though I know I shouldnt because deep deep down....I dont love her anymore...I dont even like her..she has hurt me and my girlfriend enough...but why was I still thinking about her. My thoughts got interrupted by heather.

heather:babyyyyy im boreddddd.

I dont know but heather has gotten a little annoying now a days.

heather:but I know...we could finish what we started earlier. ..

justin:heather im not really in the mood for that right now.

heather:aw come on baby...I van make you feel better...

She started rubbing my absband I just pushed her hands away.

Justin:no heather.

She backed away and stood up.

heather:you know you want all this.

Justin:NO I DONT HEATHER....has it ever occured to you that we're only 16 and that there would be a high chance of you getting pregnant.

heather:it didnt occur to you when we were about to do it earlier....if that skank hadnt come in.....uou wouldnt of stopped too.

heather:hey your the one who called her a slut...me calling her a skank is a down grade. .I think you did the worse damage.

She was right. .I did do the worse damage but that was only one word compared to all the lies that tori told me.

justin:what ever.

heather:you know what justin...I am tired of all this....this attention that your giving to everyone but me....im your girlfriend.

justin:well heather that was what you signed up for when you started dating me. Now your in my life and my fans life too.

Heather:but I dojt want it to be this way-

justin:well that's how it is....sorry you cant get what you want.

With that she stomped out of the room...Gosh my head hurts.

(Tori POV)

Its been 2 weeks since I left tour...since I parted from my boyfriend...since I parted from the jerk and his bitch. Im in my living room right now while ma went to an autograph signing. I was watching 'see dad run' and laughing so hard till I heard a knock at rhe door. I walked to the door in my sweat pants and white tank top and opened the door to see ryan.

Tori:ahhh what are you doing her!

I jumped into his arms and hugged him as he hugged back. We released from the hug and I lead him to the couch where we sat and I put my feet on his lap.

Ryan:well I had a break from school and decided to come visit my favorite girl.

Tori:awww.

He kissed me...still no sparks...uhhh.

ryan:oh how I missed those lips.

I giggled.

ryan:so you still getting home schooled.

Tori:yea but just like you..I have a week off.

ryan:cool more time for me.

Tori:and nina.

Ryan:what!

Tori:hey shes my best friend...she has to be part of my life too.

ryan:I guess.

Tori:so how long are you staying in town.

ryan:just for 3 days and then I go to texas to see other family.

Tori:good so you can come to the celebrity charity cook out tomorrow in central park with me.

ryan:I would love to....what time is it?

tori:uhhh...8...why.

ryan:shit I was suppose to be at my aunts a 30 minutes ago.

He got up and kissed me and raced to rhe door and then left.uhhhh boys.

(justin POV)

I was watching some tv in my room and just chilling. Heather and I broke up...I was sick and tired of her complaining and so I just ended it but she didnt care and just left. I heard a small knock on my door.

justin:come in.

It was mom.

pattie:justin theres this package for you.

She placed it on my computer top desk and left the room.

I walked over to the package to see it was from scooter. When I opened it up..I saw a cd that said 'listen to it'.........and Tori's camera. I took the camera and there was a note that read,

"This is tori's camera and she left it on the bus. a video was playing while I picked it up...at first it was of her singing recorded songs but then it skips to something you should see. just hit play. -scooter"

I picked up the camera and pressed play. in the video I saw tori walk out of her bunk and then come back a few seconds later with heather behind her but she looked like she didnt know. I watched as I heard their whole conversation and then I saw it...I saw heather slap tori first.....wow atleast I know that she didnt do it for no reason and that heather was lying the whole time....gosh I feel like a jerk. Next I picked up the cd and put it in mg stereo and played it. I heard the ending of 'no air', the song tori and I recorded and then I heard scooter and tori talking.

s-so how long have you and justin been dating.

t-uhhhh...a little over a month.

s-wow....you guys so in love.

She laughed.

t-yea.

s-i can see it....you must really love him.

t-no im just using him for fame and money.

s-ok that was the worst sarcasm ever.

t-i know...gotta work on that but really...I do love him....I libe everything about him..flaws and all.

Then the cd ended.....rephrase that....now I feel l I ke a total ass....I cant believe I blamed tori for everything.....I cant believe I bullied her and called her harsh names when she waa desperately telling the rruth yet she still held her head up high. ..wow im a mess...and you know whay hurts most of all is...I still love her and I never stopped. I just kept telling myself that I didnt because it seemed like that was what I was suppose to do. I nees her in my life. I pulled out my phone and called scooter.

s-hello?

j-hey scooter...I uh...I got the stuff...and let me tell you..I feel like a total ass....howd you know that I would need to see this stuff.

s-hey I know everything that goes on when it comes to the tour. I knew you and tori were fighting and that it was over something big...I just put two and two together.

j-well thanks man but now I have to figure out how to get tori back.

s-you know shes dating ryan.

j-....yea but...I-i just need her.

Suddenly something came to mind.

s-justin...Justin are you there?

j-yea im here..hey scooter..where exactly is that charity event again..

s-uhh california but you said you werent feeling well so you didnt wanna go.

j-change that and buy me a ticket there.
