(5 years later)

(Tori POV)

Alexis and I are right now in front of justins house because today is the day that we go see our kids again. Alexis and drew are both 5 years old and sure justin and I havenr gotten back from our break because every time one of us came for a visit, we would have an arguement and I didnt want that today. Alexis knocked on the door anxiously and justin opened it up.

justin:hey baby girl.

alexis:justinnnn. She jumped into his arms and I smiled. You see...alexis only knows justin as justin...nothing more and drew only knows me as tori..again nothing more. If we told them we were their parents, they would be confused and itd be too much to handle...but to tell you the truth...I want them to know. Justin stood up and looked at me.

(justin POV)

There she was...beautiful light brown hair with her brown beanie on...she was gorgeous and I miss her.

..but everything is too fucked that we cant fix it.

justin:hey tori.

tori:hey.

I welcomed them in as alexis went off to play with drew and I sat at the table with tori..I gave her a hot chocolate and she sipped some...enjoying the taste.

tori:thanks.

justin:no prob.

I saw her looking everywhere but my eyes.

justin:tori.....whats happened to us...we havent had a single un awkward comversation for 5 years now.

tori:....what are you trying to say.

justin:im saying....we're both 25 now and we're acting like we're still 18.

tori:I want us to be how we were before too-

justin:then whats stopping you-

tori:you are!

justin:...I-i d-

tori:justin...all ive wanted was answers..thats all..I wanted us to have trust and honesty...

I looked down knowing what she was talking about and hoping it wouldnt go there.

tori:I- I just want to know why....why you stayed in contact with jasmine...why you didnt just tell someone. ..just........why.

justin:...tori I.

tori:please justin...if we want to fix this....just tell me...its been 5 years.

I sighed and nodded.

justin:The night I came home and I said I forgot the groceries....I was on my way to scooters to tell him about jasmine when she called me...she said she was outside our house and knew what I was gonna do.....I immediately turned around and made my way home.

I could tell she was trying to take in what I said so far and I continued.

justin:when I got home..I saw her on the porch outside of the twins room. I immediatley climbed up and pulled her back. I talked to her and she told me to take her seriously or else next time she wont give me a warning.

tori:but jasmines one person its not th-

justin:shes not alone...shes working with someone...thats how shes always watching me.

She nodded still looking shocked.

justin:now you know what shes capable of and why I had to hide this from you....im sorry that I couldnt tell you....im sorry.

She started crying.

tori:im sorry justin...for going through your phone and not trusting you and-

justin:hey...its alright.

I leaned over the table and kissed her and she smiled and kissed back.

???:daddy...why are you kissing tori?

I immediately pulled away and I heard tori silently curse...how am I suppose to explain this to a 5 year old.

justin:because..uh..

tori:because we were playing pretend.

Drew nodded.

Tori:hey drew can you go get alexis we have to start going.

He nodded and ran away.

justin:good thinking.

She smiled but it soon faded.

tori:justin...I want them to know the truth...I dont want to lie to them...I wish we didnt split 5 years ago..I knkw we're still married but.....now what.

justin:I want to tell them too..but we have to wait till their older and can understand.

She nodded but I could still see it was bugging her. Drew ran in with alexis and alexis came over to me as I played with her.

(Tori POV)

Drew came over to me and I kissed his head.

drew:tori......why dont I have a mom?

I stopped and froze...uh oh.

Tori:um...actually you d-do....if you want....ill be your mom.

drew:so alexis is my sister.

tori:no no....she....shes just you friend.

He nodded as he walked over to justin and whispered in his ear and by justins expression...I think he told him the news.

I stood up and put my coat on and walked to the door with justin following.

justin:you told him your his mom!

tori:im sorry I panicked....he asked me about it out of the blue.

justin:its alright.

Tori:well we have to get going but we will see you guys soon.

justin:hopefully we'll move back in next year....I still have stuff to handle.

I was curious but didnt let it bother me.

tori: ok....alexis go say bye to drew.

She walked asay and I immediately connected my lips with justin. I broke away and looked into his eyes.

tori:I love you.

justin:I love you too.

tori:I bet the media is going insane right now.

He chuckled...alexis came running back in and she was giggling. She hugged justin and we went back to our hotel. Its good to know that the problems are over and I have atleast some of my family back.
