'Hey,are you running off with some guy to secretly get married?, or are you running away to fulfill your dream as a stripper cos you've gat the body'

'Very funny Joel,I'm off to my Granny's, I haven't seen her in a bit,I'll be back Sunday'

'Uhhh okay,anyways a few of my friends and I are going camping,I'd like it if you came,you know,since we're going to be moving soon I just thought we should hang out. It's just for three days'

'I don't know.....I'll think about it,bye. I got into the taxi and was off to my granny's

*knock knock
*door opens
"Good evening ma'am, uh I think I'm lost,I'm looking for my Granny,this is her house but you look way to young and gorgeous to be her sooooo where is she?".

A smile cut across her face and I realized how much I missed her,she's the ultimate cool granny. She hugged me so tight I couldn't breath,then finally she let go

'My sweetheart, where have you been?,how are you?,why haven't you come to see me?, I haven't seen you for seven moths now

"Grandma slow down and please let me in before I die a spinster out here"

'Come in sweetheart,still got that loud mouth huh'
"You know you love it granny,I missed you so I'm here so you can spoil me silly"

'Go upstairs and unpack while I prepare dinner sweetheart'. I nodded and went upstairs to were my room use to be,unpacked, took a bath and headed downstairs

'Hmmmmm is that your world famous muffins granny?'
*she chuckles
'Dinner will be ready in a few minutes, soooooo tell me about your boyfriend'

"What boyfriend?, granny you're so nos.....enquiring"
'Ah so that's not it,but you are in love'
"Yeah! With these muffins, they're so good granny"
'Don't play that game with me,I might be older but I was once as young as you so spill'

*exhale "grandma he doesn't like me"and I could feel tears gathering in my eyes as soon as the words left my mouth

'Correction my sweetheart, he doesn't feel the same way yet,he'll come around,and besides what's not to like about you? Except for thoes rings around your fingers'

"Granny knuckle rings,they're my precious, and I'm thinking of piercing my tongue"

'Well then my sweetheart, u wont be able to speak or eat those delicious muffins anymore cos I'll cut off your tongue'
"Just kidding granny"I smiled
'Kidding you say,well I'm not,I will cut off your tongue'

'Go set the table,dinners ready'

After dinner I told my mom all about Joel and how I liked him but omitted the part where we made out,can't tell her that

Micheal and I go way back,we've known each other since I was 7 and he was 8 and when I was fifteen, he asked me to be his girlfriend and I accepted,we dated for a year then I broke up with him cos I was bored.

'I met your mom at the hospital a few days ago and got your number from her,you're at your grannies yeah?'

"Yes"

'Uhhh can I pick up up tomorrow night so we could hang out,we haven't seen each other in a long time soooo?

"Sure,pick me up by 7"
'See ya'

And I had high hopes Joel would call. Why would he?,I'm nothing to him anyway.
