I pace around my room thinking about the ice skating competition. Which song, what outfit, what dance? I walk to my mirror and pick up my iPod. I click on a random playlist and its starts playing A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. Aha! That's it! I'll do the dance to A Thousand Years. Now all I have to do is get an outfit and do the dance. Hm... Ok. I'll take a trip to the ice rink I used to go to when I was a child. I call a taxi and we go to Iced Ice rink.

I walk in and see my former trainer. "Stacey!" I exclaim. She turns around and sees me and we run toward each other and crush each other in a bone crushing huge. "Crystal! Its been a long time! You look fine!" She says. "Thank you Stacey! You do too. Well I am here to see you of course but I do need a favor." I say embarrassed looking away guiltily. "Well okay. What is it?" Stacey says. I look at her surprised. That's very weird of her to be okay with that. She's changed but then again, hasn't everyone?

I explain the situation and ask her to do the choreography. She says yes. Stacey lends me a pair of skate and we skate. By 3 o'clock in the afternoon I've got the choreography down and am ready to leave.  Then I remember. The outfit! I forgot! But I don't have time to get a new one. I turn around. "Wait Stacey! I need another favor I'm sorry! I need a new outfit for the competition and am hoping you could lend me one." Stacey laughs and drags me running threw a corridor and stops in front of a super huge shop thats closed. She smirks at me. "Are you ready to pick your outfit?" "But Stacey, the store is closed." I shake my head in confusion. "Its always open for me since this shop is mine."

She smirks at me again and opens the store and lights the lamps. I go in and am greeted by multiple outfits, skates, and everything. I gap at this and turn to her. "why are we here?" I ask. "Take whatever outfit, skate, protection you need for this competition. You need to be prepared. From what you have told me these girls, they'd do anything to get the Prince. I highly recommend these skates. They are very special and I don't give these normally but this is a special case. For you I'd give this whole shop. You are very dear to me. Anyway, these skates as I was saying, are very special and rare. This is the first of their kind. I made them myself and take much pride in them. They can tolerate anything. Salt, food, anything not made for skates. watch this. She puts them on and skates around the room. My jaw  drops. "Thats impossible! Its never been done!" I exclaim. Stacey takes them off and hands me. She motions for me to try them on. I put them on and almost immediately they mold perfectly around my feet. I stand and cautiously glide around. Wow. These are amazing. I take them off and hand them back to her. I put on my shoes and stand up. Stacey puts protection around them and puts them back in my arms. I look at her in confusion. "They're yours." She says. I  shake my head and try to give them back. Stacey only pushes them back. I sigh. Knowing Stacey, she wouldn't take back anything she gave you. I put them on and glide around the room looking for a short dress that figure skaters usually wear. I am looking at a red one when I spot a silvery white short dress. It is a long sleeved white dress with silver slashes across the chest. A very simple and plain dress but nevertheless beautiful. I skate to Stacey and show her the dress. She smiles. Ushers me out. I take off the skates and put my shoes on. I look at my watch and give a quick huge to Stacey and run out. I catch a cab and by the time I'm at the academy, its already 4 o'clock. I look at my dress and skates and say out loud.

"Good luck little devils. You'll need it."
