Ed Sheeran,Your Happy,Cliff Hanger
I sat cross legged on my swivel chair, elbows propped up against my desk staring down at the cardboard boxes , still waiting to be unpacked. We had been hear just over a week now , we had unpacked all the main things and they're only five boxes between us to be unpacked.
Mams bakery was beautiful and was just how she wanted it to be . The door surrounded with red roses and her homemade cakes displayed in the window, a bit like Greggs. I went in to help out on my free days manly Saturdays. mam was still waiting on employees but I'm sure she said something about a regular customer wanting a job. Calling it Catherin's Café after a friend who died not long ago, and through it all she stayed strong.
It was Saturday and I had promised to go in and help out . Placing my headphones in my favourite song began to play ' Skinny love-Ed Sheeran' flowed calmly into my ears. Stepping out into the cold I walked towards the café humming along. When I arrived the café was quite Just a few old lady's and some girls around my age who looked as if they had just been swimming.
Smiling politely I headed towards the counter, Knowing that's where my mam would be. "Good morning" she said happily . "well isn't somebody happy this morning?" I asked
" well, I suppose so I've got someone coming in soon for an interview! I think her names Mara " "good !
The more help the better!" I laughed "Katie, go serve that customer love he's just came In, hears Mara" she said exsitedly.Walking over to the table where the boy had just sat down, I kept questioning the name Mara I knew the name from somewhere .
"good after noon, what can I get you?" I asked fiddling with my note pad and pen. "just a coffee please love" a strong irish ascent relied . Looking up I became lost in a pair of bright blue eyes and blond messy hair "okey dokey"
