Chapter Seven

"Hyung! Where have you been?" Sehun and Kai rushed to Chanyeol's side as soon as Chanyeol arrived at their house. They wouldn't admit this to him, but the two of them were so worried when they didn't see Chanyeol for the rest of the afternoon.

Chanyeol smiled at them, "I was in the rooftop," he replied, sitting down on the couch.

Sehun and Kai looked at each other, both confused, then they looked back at their hyung, "Rooftop?"

"Yes, rooftop."

"So, you ditched the whole afternoon just to relax or something on the rooftop?" Sehun said, sitting down on the couch across from Chanyeol, Kai sat down beside him.

"Basically, yes, but I wasn't alone there." He smirked, making the two betas curious.

"Were you with Baekhyun? Because that would be totally impossible, he was in the classes we have with him." Kai said.

"Oh, I wish I was there with him alone, but I was with Jisoo."

"Jisoo? Who is he?" Kai asked, wondering who was the guy that their hyung spent the whole afternoon with.

"Jisoo is the guy I met at lunch while I was looking for Baekhyun. By the way, he also knows that I'm a wolf."

"WHAT?!" Chanyeol jumped at his dongsaengs reaction, he wasn't really expecting them to shout that loudly. It also hurt his ears since it was sensitive because of his hearing senses.

"What's happening? Why are you two shouting? And Chanyeol where have you been?" Suho rushed to the living room as soon as he heard Sehun and Kai shout. Lay followed him behind, giving the three a confused look.

The two of them were in the middle of baking muffin for tomorrow when they heard Sehun and Kai. Being the alphas of the pack, the two got worried and rushed to the living room.

The other members who were all in their rooms ran as fast as they can downstairs to the living room.

"Hyung, someone knows that Chanyeol hyung is a wolf at school! His name is Jisoo!" Kai spouted.

Cue the dramatic gasp from Chen, all of them ignored him, making the camel-mixed-monkey looking beta pout. All of them were focused on Chanyeol, giving him shocked and explain-now-looks. Chanyeol is usually not scared of his alpha, let alone his whole pack, okay he is, sometimes, but right now they were scaring the heck out of him.

"How did it happen?" Suho calmly asked, but you could see that he was tense, as in really.

He was worried about that Jisoo guy, was it? Telling the police about how Chanyeol is a wolf because if that happens the police will probably hire hunters to capture and kill Chanyeol, then the rest of the pack will be in danger then the next thing is the whole wolf community is in danger.

Lay, sensing his mate inner turmoil, put a hand on his shoulder and Suho visibly relaxed, but still kind of tense.

"Well, it seems like I still can't control my eyes whenever someone scares me... But don't worry! He won't tell anyone!" Chanyeol reassured, his pack gave him doubtful looks.

"How are you sure?" Kris spoke.

"Because he's also a supernatural creature like us!"

"What kind?" Tao asked, curious.

Chanyeol scratched his neck and gave his pack a nervous look, "A vampire, hehehe..."
