"So they are back." Jake says. I nodded.
We sat on top of the cliff looking out at the ocean.
"I'm sorry." I mumbled. He looks at me.
"Don't be. You have nothing to be sorry about." He tells me.
"But still I feel like I should say it." I told him. He wraps an arm around me and I lean my head against his shoulder.
We sat there in silence listening to the waves smacking against the cliff below.
"So are you and the leech back together?" He asks. I sit up and gave him a look. He sighs.
"Sorry."
"We're not back together. The feeling are still there but I'm just trying to figure things out." He nodded.
"What do you need to figure out?" He asks me. I stand up.
"Let's not talk about that now." I say as he stands up.
"Ariana-" I cut him off.
"Besides we are cliff diving remember?" I say smiling. He cracked a smile.
"Yea I remember." He said. The pack was on the beach and we had towels down there. I looked down and I started feeling nervous.
"Don't be nervous." He reminded me. "I'll be right there beside you. I won't let anything happen to you." Jake says standing next to me. I smile at him.
"I know." I grab his hand as we jump.
