Okay, it's a new day now. Fuck, it's already 12pm. My phone is probably stolen now. Fuck it, at least I don't have to worry about that douche sending me messages.

Oh shit, it's Tori's birthday. Ugh, I don't know where the party's gonna be. Probably her favorite bar.

I hopped out of bed and walked to the kitchen. I made myself pancakes and bacon, ate it, and took a shower.

I did all the things that normal people do in the shower. Shampoo my hair, wash my face, blah blah blah.

I put on clothes, but this time it's not a hoodie. I put on a shirt that has a fox on it, and black leggings. I put my hair up in a bun, and put on my combat boots.

Wow, very cliché and tumblr-y of me.

This is a very rare moment, I don't usually dress up like a tumblr girl, but I just felt like doing it. Everyone wants to look good in public.

I need to do some errands. Let's get coffee first.

I grab my keys, and went in the car and drove to Starbucks. Feeling like a basic white girl today.

---

I park my car and went inside. The smell of coffee suddenly woke me up. I walked up to the queue area, and waited. It's a very short line, which is extremely rare if you go to Starbucks. The line is always long.

Finally, it was my turn to order.

"Hi, welcome to Starbucks! What can I get for you?" The man said. His big blue-ish eyes sparkled as he smiled. I smiled back.

"Can I get a vanilla latte with a shot of that caramel creamer please?" I replied. ( a/n: lolol)

"That will be 6.50..." He said, without finishing his sentence.

"Olivia."

"That will be 6.50, Olivia. What a nice name." He smiled from ear to ear.

"Thank you." I mumbled. He scribbles on my cup as I swiped my credit card through the card reader.

"Your latte will be ready in a few minutes, Olivia."

"Thank you, uh..."

"My name's Alex."

"Thanks Alex." I smiled. I walked away from the cash register to find a seat. Luckily, I found one near the corner.

I swiftly walked towards the table and sat. I sighed. This is gonna be really awkward just looking around because I don't have my phone with me. Ugh, I can't listen to music.

I look around and I see a bunch of people looking down to their phones. Almost everyone is on their phones, except that old couple that's sitting two tables away from me.

That's kind of sad to think about. Social media actually makes us unsocial, if that's even a word. We don't even talk anymore, we just text. We're so self-conscious, all we need to make us not self-conscious is retweets, likes and comments.
