Chapter 10

Lynettes POV

Since I had the house to myself I decided to just snoop around my dads office to see what he and my mom were really going to do today. As I walk in I take a seat in on the chair to his desk. I started looking through paper work and his calender. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Then I tried to open his desk drawr. All of them seemed normal but one. It was locked. So I looked around for a key. I could not find it. Hmm maybe there is a secret button under the desk. I started feeling around under it. Nothing. Huh well I guess I will have to do it the old fashioned way.

I got a bobby pin and started picking the lock. After about five minutes it opened. Yes. In it contained some files. I picked one up. When I opened it I was shocked. It was pictures of my friends and on the back were what seemed to be back round checks. Ohh my he is so paranoyed.

After that the next file I opened was of Johnny and his brothers. "Dad what are you up to."I asked myself. These pictures were resently to. There was a date on the bottom left corner.What was he doing? Then in another file there was phone numbers. At the top it was titled, SHV.

I know what that is. My dad told me. It means Supernatural Hunters of Virgina. Why was this here? "Lynette what are you doing in here?"I looked and saw my father. "A better question, why are these here?"I said holding up the pictures. "Well that is none of your business is it now."He said. 

"Lynette I am very disappointed in you. And this is the last time you choose vampires over family."He said. What did that mean? I was about to say something but then some guy walked in. Oh my gosh. What the hell was he going to do.

The guy picked me up and took me to the basement. I screamed and kicked but he wouldn't let go. "Let me go. Mom!"I screamed. "Please someone!"I yelled.

After we entered the basement he set me down on some chair. The chair had something to hold your hands and ankles to the chair so I couldn't get up.

"Now I understand that you come from a hunter family but you care for a group of four vampires. I believe they are the VanDam's. Now why do you like them?"He asked.

"Because they have a soul unlike you. They are kind and not monsters."I yelled. "Well that doesnt work when your in a hunter family. Now lets find out some information on them yes? Now we could do this the hard way or the easy way. Your choice."He said. "I will never ever tell anything about them."I said. "Hard way it is."He said. Then he went upstairs.

Damn what the hell is he going to do. I need to get out of these but they would not budge. Then he came down the stairs with a bag in his hand. Then I saw my father follow him. Then the man got out something. What the hell.

"Garcia you sure about this?"The guy asked. My father nodded. Then the man came forward with a needle. In the needle was yellow sryum. What the hell. Then the man put it in my arm.

"AHHHH!"I screamed. Then I felt really weird. My eyes were blurring a bit. "What the hell was that?"I said. "Well it was a Truth Surum. We need answers that you have."He said. "Garcia it should kick in a minute or so."He said.

After a few minutes they started asking questions. "Lynette we will start with something easy. Now what are the names of the vampires you know?"He asked. I could not help it the words just came out. "Clark, Johnny, Adrian and Eric."I said. Please forgive me."Good now where do they live?"He asked. "Two block down on Shea Drive."I said. "Now have any of them ever hurt you?"He asked. "No."I said. "Now I understand you were in a relationship with Johnny. Why did you end it?"He asked. Damn. "I never ended it. We are still together to this day."I said.

"What!"My dad said. "You heard me. I love him."I said. "Thats a lie."He yelled. "Remember I can't lie."I said. I saw him get really mad."Lynette how could you? You were born to be a hunter now this. A monster. You love a monster."He yelled. What was he going to do now?

Johnny's POV

I walked outside. It was sprinking. Maybe I should go see Lynette. She hasnt called me yet. But she would always call me and say I love you. She hasnt called yet. I wonder whats wrong?

I started walking towards her house. I stayed hidden between the hedges. I could here screaming. Oh my god. What the hell were they doing to her? Then I saw the door open. A man was carring Lynette in his arms. Where are they taking her? I saw her father. He looked like he was signing papers.

I waited. Waited for her father to go back inside the house. "Are sure you want to do this?"The man asked. "Yes she is no longer a daughter of mine. She is gone."He said. After that he went inside. The man was walking back to his car.

I lunged forward and I had him pinned to the ground. "What are you doing to Lynette?"I said. "Why does it matter to you? She is human."He said. "Everything matters."I yelled them hit him on the head. I picked him up and put him in his car. Then I got Lynette.

She looked out of it. Her eyes were drooping. I could smell something in her blood. I think they drugged her. I picked her up and ran back to the house. "Clark!"I yelled. In a flash he was in front of me. "What happpened to her?"He said. "I don't know they drugged her. I can smell something in her blood that is not suppose to be there."I said. "Lay her down I will make some calls and see what to do."'He said. Oh Lynette what did they do to you.

She was awake. But she had no idea what was going on around her. Her eyes were wandering at one time then they were drooping. "Lynette can you hear me."I whispered in her ear. No reponse. Huh. "Johnny come here."I heard Clark say. "What did you find out."I asked. "Well they did drug her with some forgign drug by the smell of it."He said. "Well what do we do?"I asked. "Well we can let it run it's full course and it will be out of her system in a week two weeks at the most."He said. "No. What else can we do?"I asked.

Clark opened his mouth to say something but then there was a scream. We both ran to the living room where Lynette was. She was sitting in one corner of the room. She was looking every where. She had a scared look on her face. "Oh my gosh."I heard Eric say form behind me.

We all walked toward her. "Lynette whats wrong?"I asked. She looked up at us. "Clark whats wrong with her?"I asked. "I think she is seeing things. Side affect from the drug."He said. "Lynette."Clark said. "Lynette I need focus. Focus only on  me."He said.

"Johnny Eric get her to sit down on the chair."He said. We both slowly went for one arm. "Get away from me."She screamed then pulled out a knife. Whoa. We both backed up. "Lynette put the knife down. We are friends remember."Clark said. She slowly put the knife down on the coffee table. Then she ran. "Get her!"CLark yelled. Me and Eric used are vampire speed then we both had her.

"Lynette your safe. We are your friends."I said. Then she started screaming. Erid had to put his hand over her month. "Stop screaming Lynette."Eric said. Then her eyes they started going droopy again.She then blacked out.

"What the hell happened to her?"Eric said. "Wish I knew."I said
