My throat was burning.

I thought I had gotten over that incident months ago.

I felt a sharp contraction in my stomach as my face reflected in the toilet once again.

Every morning had been the same for the last week.

It was the worst feeling ever.

"Arielle!!!" I heard my aunt shout.

My reply fell into the toilet along with the rest of my breakfast.

"Did you not hear me calling you?!?!" My aunt shouted as she pushed open the bathroom door.

"Sorry..." I said slowly getting up.

It did not bother her that I was crouched over the toilet, instead a smile creeped across her face.

"I guess your sins finally caught up to you?" She laughed for that split moment. "Clean up and get downstairs! There's no way I'm taking care of another mess!!"

Sins? Mess? I didn't do anything wrong. It's funny how it never crossed my mind that I was pregnant.
