Having trouble with concealer NOT covering up your eyes?
Put a bit of red lipstick underneath your eyes and put concealer on top. Blend it all in and POOF! Better eyes.
Works so well! Remember not to add a lot of lipstick. It works with powdered concealer but not sure on liquid concealer...but try!!
