❝I'm bigger than my body
I'm colder than this home
I'm meaner than my demons
I'm bigger than these bones.❞ // Halsey - ControlThe sky frowned when I was almost to the top, and torrents of rain made wet rock slick, made me slip, back down to the toiling storm of the ocean, water turning red from ragged skin, torn by sharp rocks. Pull, crash, rest , repeat. That rest was never long enough for me to get my grip. I was drowning, choking on water, unable to cough up the salt that was filling my lungs before another gulp joined it. I prayed to survive, but nature doesn't care about me.

I slowly regain consciousness and started to panic. White walls, white sheets, needle in my arm, plastic bracelet around my wrist. I moved my hand to yank the IV out of my arm, but a hand covered my arm before I could manage.
I looked up to see a blonde haired nurse sliding back the IV. "Miss, you really need this. You hurt yourself badly." She spoke kindly, giving me a sad, small smile.
"I.. I don't recall." I said, barely a sound coming out my mouth.
"Don't talk my dear, you had too much saltwater in your lungs." I looked at her, unsure what she was talking about till sudden flashes, blurry visions of what seems like me half drowning in a ocean or lake.
I stayed quiet, my throat burning for something to drink and turned to my left to see a small cup of water and a pill. It looked pretty big; not even sure if I could swallow it.
I glanced back at the nurse, who was already out the door. I took a minute to understand what was happening to me.
I don't know where I am, a hospital, yet what kind?
What's my name?
I looked around to search for any names in the room and saw a clipboard near the end of the bed. I managed to take off the thick blanket off my legs and slowly went over to the clipboard to see my name.
Storm- that's all it says...
Storm what??
I heard footsteps approaching my way, as I quickly scurried back into my bed, covering myself with the large blanket.
The same nice nurse came back with a kind smile, seeing I haven't taken the pill.
"Listen here missy, you better take your daily pill or the doctor will get mad about you restraining his orders again." She said, walking over to me.
Daily pill? Restraining orders? Where am I? "Ms..," I began quietly, searching on her outfit for her name, yet doesn't see a name tag.
"Diana, what's wrong?"
"Ms. Diana, but can you please refresh my mind of where am I?"
"Home, of course." She reached over to give me the cup. I held it, looking at it for a moment. My lips were dried and chapped, as were my throat was in a non-stopping burning sensation.
Diana watched me curiously, a dark mummer escaped from under her breath. "Storm, do we have to do this again?"
I looked at her, her voice sounded quite annoyed.
"No.. But do what again?" I asked, a bit frighten of her sudden mood.
She then grabbed my jaw, prying my mouth open, as she quickly shoved the pill down my throat. I gagged on the large pill, using my strength to push her away.
She pulled away, pacing heavily, as was I half choking on the pill and had no choice to swallow it.
I looked at her, shocked and frighten. My cheeks felt as if she dug her nails deep into them, her blue eyes harden with anger. She grabbed the cup of water and splashed in my face before she left the room.
My eyes stung with hot tears, curling up in my spot, as I was surround by white walls and silence.
