Hey guys, my name is River, im 14, 5'7, and i have AN. I started my weight loss journey. I was 229lbs, i know right! So fat!! And obese!! I started small, lowered my calorie intake to, 500kcals. I exercised small like 100 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, and 50 squats. But it didn't work.

So i cut down to 300kcals. I lost a few pounds here and there, but not fast enough. So i started purging my food and exercising more. I got down to 204lbs. Slowly.

I still wasnt happy. I set a goal to be at least 198lbs by the next month. Well i pushed myself more and i got down to it, but i gained 4 pounds after. I was so upset!

The voice in my head telling me im to fat and im worthless. So i dropped more kcals and lost more pounds. I got to 190! I kept pushing and pushing! Dropped more cals and more pounds. I got to 181lbs. Im happy but not to happy...
