How About The Park?

"So, what do you wanna do today?" Joe asked me while grabbing a cold drink from the fridge., I wasn't planning on going out today but I wasn't planning on staying at 2 famous Youtubers apartment all day either.

"I don't mind? We don't have to, I can go home if you want"
Joes head shot up from the fridge with a straight face, "No don't, I like spending time with you" A cute small smile covered his face and I smiled back but quickly looked down as I felt myself blushing. "Is there a park somewhere? I would love to walk around seeing some of the sights and nature"

I loved being outdoors even though I loved staying at home and doing nothing, I had been in London a day and the most I have seen was the from the taxi ride here, and it was raining. "Sounds good, the weather is nice and I know a perfect place to grab some food afterwards"

I smiled and nodded while taking out my bobble and retying my hair back up. "Sounds great, ill run home and grab some more clothes" As I said that, I ran downstairs and grabbed my phone before slipping it into my back pocket, I sprinted back up the stairs to find Joe sitting watching TV again. "Do you do anything els but watch TV?"

I asked laughing as I grabbed my coat from the chairs beside the table. "Er, yes. I films YouTube videos remember... And watch TV"

"Oh yeh, Soz" I smiled without looking over Joe and threw my coat over my shoulders, I quickly grabbed my shoes and slipping them on loosely. "I will be back in a bit then. See ya" I said opening up the front door and heading out. Just as I shut the door, I heard Joe shout bye back to me in his cute little English accent.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and pulled up my messages. I typed in 'Anne' and typed up a message quickly still standing outside Joes door.

Hey and Goodmorning,
I'm coming home to grab some clean clothes and then I'm heading back out for the day with Joe around the park.
See you in a little while xx

Just as I began walking away, I felt the warm sun on my face. The weather was beautiful and I was getting warm already in this coat. When I got into the street past Joes path gate, my phone beeped and a reply from Anne appeared on the screen.

I'm out at the moment but here is a spare key under the door mat,
Please done loose it as it is the only one.

When I finally reached the front door I knelt down lifting up the doormat outside and picked up the little silver key up from the ground. I brushed of the bits on dirt from the plants between the cracked concrete and opened up the door heading through, it was colder inside than it was outside under the sun.
