You Should Stay The Night

"I'm just gonna ring a taxi to come and get me" She said scrolling through Google trying to find a number for a company, I then realised she lived next door.

"Wait, why are ringing a taxi? You live next door" She looked up from her phone and raised her eyebrows. "I'm gonna stay at a hotel tonight, there is no way I'm going to stay in a house with the cow bag next door" She just continued to scroll on her phone.

"I don't mean this in a strange way, but do want or stay here instead? Just in a friend way obviously" She once again looked up and smiled placing her phone on the coffee table next to my empty mug. "But where would I sleep, and I would have to get something sleep in?"

"Well, you could have my bed and I could sleep on the sofa, and I can borrow you some clothes no problem" She smiled at me and I smiled back, it felt weird to be getting alone this well with somebody I knew for such little time.

"I will just text my auntie to tell her, even though I doubt she will care" She began typing up a message on her phone, I walked over and placed my mug next to the sink in the kitchen. "I'm just going to run downstairs and tell Caspar about you staying over" I smiled over at her and walked off towards Caspar's room.

I reached his door and knocked before twisting the handle open. "Hey mate, I just thought I would tell you that Emily is gonna be staying over tonight, she is having my bed" He lifted his head from laptop and looked at me still stood in the doorway. "Yeah that's fine. By the way, have you edited your vlog yet?

"No I will do it tomorrow" I walked out shutting the door behind me, Caspar had just reminded me that I hadn't told Emily about YouTube or anything about my fans, I wonder what she would say?

I walked up the stairs to see Emily turning up the music to another 5 Seconds Of Summer song on MTV, she didn't hear me walk over to her and I stood behind the back of the sofa watching her flick through Twitter.

Quickly in silence, I threw my hands into her shoulders and jumped up pressing down on her from behind.

She jumped up dropping her phone on the pillow beside her legs, "Omg Joe! You scared the shit out of me!" I burst out laughing holding my hand over my mouth, she punched my arm playfully and sat back down. I walked around towards her and placed myself back beside her on the sofa.

"Hey listen, I sort of forgot to tell you something that I think you need to know about me"

"Oh god, that isn't going to be good is it" She leaned back and folded her arms over her stomach looking at me waiting for a answer.

"No it's not bad. I'm a Youtuber and I have millions of fans who watch my videos everyday. I also have a my own book and I have just released a film with Caspar" Emily just looked at me not saying a word.
