This is the domain of Inizio. Or, at least, what we know of it. Our world is not large; it is not what it used to be. Many historical people assumed that the world's population slimming down would be due to apocalyptic happenings. Zombies, natural disasters, or disease epidemics. No one thought hard enough on it being our own cause.
Natural selection killed the countries off until only one remained. This country – the true, battle-weary victorious country – renamed itself in favor of being the last, and the only, country left. It became Inizio, the Italian word for "begin." They were to begin again, as a new country, and rebuild the morals of the world.
Inizio became eight different living locations, each acting as its own miniature countries, which were called Divisions. The Division rulers made their own laws and enforced them, as well as formed alliances or enemies with the other fellow Divisions.
Inizio lived in its own chaotic and good world of peace and war, with the world outside the fortified walls of their continent an unknown and dangerous place.
