chapter 8

Amy’s P.O.V.

***3 years later***

 Brenna came over to my house with Kelsey and it looked like they’ve been running because they were sweating like a pig! They sat on the couch and spoke at the same time “our parents are setting us up for adoption!” they had shock and hate spread all over their faces while their eyes held sadness. I don’t think that I herd that very well...

“Wait, one at a time. What did you say Brenna?” I tried to keep as calm as possible but in the inside I was freaking the fuck out!!!

“I said that my parents are setting me up for adoption!” okay I herd well…

“Kelsey your turn, what did you say?” “Same as Brenna!” okay this is shitting serious!

A: “Um, wow.”

B: “Wow? WOW?!? All you can say is wow!?!? I might be at the orphanage one day with my tail spread across my bed and get caught by accident, and all you say is wow?!?”

K: “Same over here!”

A: “I know this is bad but, um, maybe I can…” I trailed off trying to think of a plan. I got them to sit back down on the couch and tell me the reasons why their parents are setting them up for adoption.

K: “My parents can’t stand me, simple as that. They hate me! They fucking hate me!” I never took notice in her parents hating on her though…

A: “Brenna?”

B: “My parents never really wanted me. My mom wanted an abortion and my dad was on her side, but my grandma stopped them from doing it, so they’re getting rid of me now. I knew my whole life my parents didn’t want me though, so it’s no surprise I’m hearing it now.”

 Wow…….

The next week I tried my best to convince my parents to go to the orphanage and adopt Kelsey and Brenna, for the good of our secret…

They agreed but, for the safety of them both we had to buy plane tickets to somewhere far away from Atlanta, Tess chose London for some stupid reason any way….

we went the next day to pick up Kels and Bren.

I’m such a good friend aren’t I ?!?

“Amy, why don’t you go pack while your dad and I o pick up Brenna and Kelsey?” my mom is so mean! Why do I have to pack and not Tess? Yeah I know I’m a lazy ass…..

I climbed up the stairs and went into my room, kneeled down on the carpet, got my suitcase that I keep under the bed, and opened my closet door. I’m not the neatest person for packing, I mean, I just get a handful of folded clothes and throw them in the case…simple!

After I was done packing I went downstairs because I herd Tess pop the kettle corn (sweet corn) and I love kettle corn! It’s my most favorite thing in the world!

Tess got 2 huge bowls for each of us and I poured the popcorn in it, we sat on the couch and watched scary movie 3, it’s funniest horror movie in the world!

***4 hours later***

Brenna and KK are here! Their stuff was already packed so we just had to load the car and go to the airport.

********Airplane*********

Me, Brenna and Kelsey got seats next to each other and my mom was with Tess while my dad was sitting next to a fat, hairy man…..GROSSS!!! Anyway there was a little radio with earplugs supplied with it and I kept turning the knob until I found a song that I liked. At this point we already took off!

Kelsey was watching a movie with Brenna, who eventually fell asleep when the movie started. And well, yeah, Kelsey fell asleep too when the movie wasn’t even over yet. I, on the other hand found my iPod and put play. BTR-show me was playing and I fell asleep with Logan’s solo at the end….. I just love Big Time Rush! Don't you?

Brenna’s P.O.V.

When we landed at the airport a couple of hours later I was so exited. Mostly because I could stand and walk properly again! When we were on the plane Amy was listening to BTR so I couldn’t speak with her. Kelsey suggested watching a movie…only thing was the movie was sooo boring and I fell asleep 10 minutes into the movie.

When we got out of the plane Amy’s mom sent us to get the luggage while they went to go find Virginia’s cage and get the rental car. Kelsey was talking on her phone non-stop that her voice was really annoying my ears! Amy was in some other galaxy with the music BLASTING in her ears that I could perfectly hear every word to the song all over again-Big Time Rush. I’m pretty sure she’ll be deaf by the time the next song plays… anyways, I’m right here…all alone…close behind Amy and Kelsey, who don’t bother to help me with the luggage…at all.

When we got to the new house I was pretty tired to un-pack my things…so I told Ams and Kels to do it for me, they let out a groan and answered tiredly “Okay” and went inside, up the stairs, and started unpacking… karma is a pain in the ass bitches! That’s what you get for not helping me with luggage!

As I went inside the house I couldn’t help but notice that there was a creepy dude in the window, in the house next to ours, looking at us…why? I have no friggin’ idea… Tess got Virginia out of the cage, filled her dog bowl, and helped her parents build the dog house. Anyway, the girls finished with the clothes and we helped each other re-construct the beds…now I know why they make strong men do these kinds of things, the pieces were heavy as fuck! But hey, I’m not complaining it’s worth it, sleeping is my best talent and if you take my equipment from me it’s useless!

 When everything was un-packed, organized, and in place. We were able to go downstairs and eat dinner and after that, take a shower and go to sleep…again.

I did have trouble sleeping though, the image of that guy in the window was haunting me in my dreams, I kept tossing and turning and unfortunately since the house had only 3 rooms me, Amy, and Kelsey shared one, so with me moving around in my bed, I kept waking them up, each time they were more concerned but I shrugged it off. Tomorrow I will tell them.
