I Can't Deal With That

Roc,

Its been a hole hour since I finally got Brooke to come to my house. She's been thinking pretty hard probably about a choice between me and Aaron. She's been thinking so hard she said her head hurts.

"That's a strong pill. You should feel better soon, maybe a little sleepy"

She turns around from the counter as if I startled her. "Oh... Alright. Im kinda already tired" 

"You can take a nap in the guest room if you like"

"Um. Do you mind showing it to me?"

"Pff. No, Come on"

"ok"

I walk her up the stairs and down the hall. "Right here. I'll be across the hall with Nicole if you need anything"

She nods and crawls on the bed. 

"Actually" I walk up beside the bed  "Can I ask you something?"

She nods again.

"Are you ok?"

"Yea, why?"

"I guess it's just that we've been apart for so long.. But you seem a little shy towards me.. Or as if you don't wanna talk" 

"Shy? I've been knowing you 7 years. I just have a lot on my mind"

"Do you wanna talk?"

She shake her head no and looks at the wall.

"Well I guess I'll leave you alone...when you wake up I'll be in my room"

"And I know your feelings toward me"

"No you don't. No one understands except maybe a girl or woman who was in a perfect relationship, got cheated on and is now afraid to get hurt again" 

"I'll never do that again.. Still to this day Im sorry"

"Yea..." She turns over

"Brooke"

"Yes?"

"I.. I um. Love you"

"I know you do and you always have. I loved you too. Soooo much"

"Im really really sorry... I just... I don't even know"

"I don't either" 

"Just get your rest ok"

"I will"

I walk out but turn right back around going back in. "Why won't you tell him?"

"What's the point in telling him if me and you will never be together again? There's no need to mess us up" 

I walk over and fall on top of her. "Baby..."

"Oh, The baby is in there"

"Brooke!"

"What"

"Give me another chance so I can be there for my family!" 

"No"

"Brooklyn. I know you love me. I love you. We have a baby together and I always wanted a family. To come home and see you guys everyday I leave work would make me the most happiest man every"

"You still work there?"

"Yea"

"I know Aaron doesn't treat you as well as I did in the past"
