FINALLY HOME

Megan's pov :

I pulled up into my driveway in my ex husbands ute and quickly ran inside. once inside I locked the door just in case Steven had followed me. It had been a long drive over many hours so I was really hungry but I had no time. I grabbed a fresh apple out of the fridge and started to fill my biggest suitcase with clothes, money and any other things I may need. I am going to another country and never coming back. I plan on going straight to the hospital before the airport. I will leave Australia and got to Hawaii. I finished packing and loaded to car and drove to the nearest hospital. I new that I would be in hospital for a couple of days so I packed extra.

After about fifteen minutes I was in the parking lot of the hospital. I grabbed my over night bag and made my way through the sliding doors. once I was in the hospital I headed straight to the maternal ward. "Hi how may I help you?" the clerk asked as I sat down. "Well this is kind of awkward but I am a couple of days pregnant and..." I began telling the clerk. "It's ok, you would like to have to abortion procedure on you baby would you?" the clerk asked as I gave a regretful nod. Once the clerk had finished with the papers I took a seat and waited to be called by the doctor.

"Megan Wright" the doctor called as he stood in front of the door to the surgery room. I stood up gathering my things and walked into the dark room. "So I believe that the baby is an accident that you would like to undo" the doctor said to me in a serious tone. I nodded "yes please" and with that I laid down and the doctor began the procedure.

Steven's pov :

I became very frustrated with Megan. I spent years trying to find her and now she has slipped away once again. But I will get her back. I was in the middle of my breakfast and because of my anger I was slicing my eggs everywhere. The door bell snapped me out of my thoughts, as I walked along the hallway to the door I realized it was the paper boy. "Good morning sir here is you newspaper" the the little pale boy stated as he handed it to me. "Thanks" I responded as I closed the door.
