When you want to publish a story on Wattpad, you just go to the Works section in your menu. You can create new stories, and edit/add on to works in progress. Wattpad allows you to upload stories in chapters or parts as if you're writing an actual book that could be found in a book store.
You can start a section and keep the draft for later when you are ready to publish it.
