Chapter 9

D.O’s POV

“Bye, umma.” I hugged my umma tightly. We’re not gonna see each other for quite some time. T.T

“Bye, son. I love you.” Her voice cracked.

“I love you too, umma.”

I faced appa and hug him too.

“Bye, appa. Take care.”

“You too, son. Take care.”

“Didi.” I looked at Yeye.

“Yah! You can visit me in Korea. You know, so that you can’t miss me that much.” I teased.

She just looked at me with a sad eyes.

“Tsss. Come here.” I then pulled her and hugged her.

“Can I really come?” she asked me without letting go of me.

“Of course. I will be your tour guide.”

She let go of me.

“Really?!” she asked with a sparkling eyes.

“Yeah. Haha.” I looked at my watch and it is alreadyvand it’s already 8:30 am.

“Oh. I think I should hurry now. Bye, everyone.” I hugged my umma for one last time, smile at appa and wink at Yeye. Hehehe. She blushed again.

I quickly went to my rented car. I didn’t let them come with me at the airport because it will be only too hard for umma. I waved and quickly started the engine.

I looked at the rearview mirror and see my umma hugged appa. She was crying. D: Awww.

“I’m doing this for us, umma.”

_At the car_

I’m currently looking at the couple rings that I bought in a Korean store in the Philippines. It is patterned from my sign and Jongin’s sign. I find it cute and adorable so I bought it. This will be my gift for him. I’m sure he will be happy. :)

I was about to put it back in my pocket when Jongin’s ring fell.

“Shit!” I cursed under my breath.

I quickly touched the floor of the car to get it.

After 20 seconds, I guess. At last!

“Wew! There you- -“

Someone’s POV

“Wew! There you- -“

D.O didn’t finish his sentence for a big truck suddenly came across!!

“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!”

Sound of car screeching can be heard but- -

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGSHHHHHHHH!

“J-Jongin.”

The last word D.O uttered.
