-Chapter 12-

Narrators pov

Weeks have passed since (Y/n)s little brothers passing, it has been very rough for her but Aaron has been with her every step of the way (Y/n) considered him a great friend yet Aaron wished for more even if he had just met her, from the moment they first talked and the determination to change his perspective was admirable.

(Y/n) is a little spark inside of him that he can never put out he had always wanted (Y/n) to be around him that is why on that night when he had to choose whom to kill he knew that he wanted (Y/n) to himself. Every night she would ask him "Why did you choose me over someone you have been with your whole life?" And he would always reply
"I don't know" Which is a lie he knew damn well that he like- no Loves (Y/n) deep within his heart.
His heart yearns for the day he finally asks her to be his but being the 'Mysterious' person he is he has learned to keep it to himself and hide in the dark.

For the first time in so long is heart has learned to love again.
No matter how much he trys to deny his feelings towards (Y/n) the feelings only grew more...

(Y/n) has been acting a bit strange lately she has been going out into the forests at night time and go out hunting...
Lately Meteli has sent out messages about a mysterious person coming around to their village killing innocent villagers.

Same as ScalesWind the have been trying to capture this person but nothing....
The mark on (Y/n)s neck is now a purple and red star crescent moon with little stars surrounding it.
When ever (Y/n) gets hungry or anything that mark immediately glows up and causes her pain, thankfully Aaron has been by her side when this happens...

Aarons pov

"Crap!" I yelled out running with raw pork chops in my hand running towards (Y/n) house climbing up the ladder and jumping towards her window.
I knocked three times on it to only be opened and welcomed by her beautiful smile
"UH hello?? Earth to Aaron?" She said waving her hand out in front of me I then snapped back into reality and looked down blushing.

I then moved me hair away from my eyes and looked at her and smiled
"I got you something to eat just let me cook it" She stares at me and nods
I got off of the windowsill and landed by the furnace she has in her room she walks over and sits near the furnace for the heat from the fire.

"Brrr...." She said trying to go to sleep I looked at her and smiled she looked so cute cuddling with the blanket trying to go to sleep.
I looked back into the fire and continued to cook the pork chops I couldn't help but look back at (Y/n) who is leaning against the wall next to the furnace still shaking yet she is asleep.
"She's still cold..."

I smiled and walked over to her and tapped her shoulder she looked up to me still half asleep.
"Move up" I said and she did so I then sat behind her and stretched my legs out and pulled her back to lean on me.

I layed my head on her shoulder at first she was tense but soon enough her muscles relaxed.
I snaked my arms around her waist and I kissed her cheek for I knew she was asleep and ever so slowly I fell asleep.

~Aarons Dream~

I was falling I wasn't stopping I looked around me seeing memories of lily and mine are soon enough being replaced with mine and (Y/n)s memories.
Just then I landed on a black ground I looked up to see (Y/n) she looked back at me this time she had a black mask covering half of her face she raised her hands out towards mine and smiled I tryed to reach out of it but this time I was in her point of view of when I killed her brother.

Instead I was reaching out towards his hands crying my eyes out but when we touched hands a white light came from it. And soon enough the room turned into pure white.
"What the... Am I on drugs?" I asked myself
"No Aaron you are not" I turned around to see (Y/n)s little brother and I started walking towards him
"Why are you showing me all of this stuff?" I asked
"Because I want to show you a memory... Just in case (Y/n)..." He sighs and breaths in and out
"Just in case (Y/n) forgets all of us when the night comes" I looked at him shocked he may be young but he sure knows a lot.

He then snaps his fingers and soon enough we are in a new area I looked around we were on a beach and there were 3 kids standing there playing and making sand castles.
"Come on aawon! we won't be able to mwake a swand castlee if you keep crying~" A little girl said to me
"I-I am sworryy!!" I yelled out crying
"Swister I don't think he is gwoing to stahp~" A little boy said to a girl with (H/c)
"Ehhh... your wright...." She said back to him so she walked up to me and said
"Aawon? Please smile... I think you look bwetter when you smile"

Little me looked up to her and weakly smiled
"W-why should I listen to a girl wike you?" I said to her she looked at little me and frowned
"You know I am gwoing to chwange your per-per-pwerspective of me Aaron" She said smiling just then those words ran through my head.

"Someday I am going to change your perspective of me Aaron"
I mumbled to myself but soon enough my eyes widened
"(Y/N)!!!" I yelled out running towards her she looked at me confused but soon enough I vanished in thin air back into the white plain room with (L/b/n) standing in front of me.

"You see Aaron why I showed you that was because... That was the first day (Y/n) has ever had feelings towards anyone..." I looked at him shocked yet I pretended I did not care at all
"So what?" I said back he looks at me with a angry face and says
"Tell me Aaron why did you choose your wife over (Y/n)?" I looked away and said
"Because she would have died" Just then I felt something pull me towards the ground and I looked up to see (L/b/n) eyes
"Look me straight in the eyes and say that" I knew what he was trying to do I tryed to fight back
"B-because she is my fr-" I was about to finish my sentence but I felt a pain in my stomach
"Because I love her..."
"Good now would you be willing to do anything when the day comes?"
"Yes I will be willing to do anything"
"Promise?"
"I promise you"

Soon enough he snapped his fingers and I was back in reality to see (Y/n) hovering over me still on my lap with a worried look on her face.
"AARON! OH MY IRENE!" She said bringing me into a hug while I did the same
"Why are you so worried for me (Y/n)?" I said smiling
"Because you are the only person I have left that I care for..." My heart broke I want her to myself but I did not care... At least I get a free hug.
