Hi, I am Dee Marie, or as some people know me as Denise Marie. I was 306 pounds. Here is a picture of where I was on February 15, 2013.
I have lost 115 pounds. I will show you that picture in a few. I have been watching what I have been eating, how much I have been eating, and healthy eating. I exercise when I can of swimming and walking. I used the Lose It app for the first 7-8 months until I could eyeball how much I could eat. I allow myself cheat days because if I do not I would be doomed.
