1. Don't sleep too much. Enjoy the time you're alive! Don't lay in your bed all day hating life! Go outside and enjoy the time you have. Enjoy the friends you have and family too.

2.Sometimes people never notice that you're sad so just be happy!

4.Happiness is like perfume, you can't spray it on others without getting some on yourself.
