So I know this book is about positive thoughts, but if you're depressed, you're not alone. Many people are depressed around you and you might not know. I get depressed and break down sometimes too. Just please don't try to harm yourself. You might think "People don't care", but they do. Don't call yourself bad things because they aren't true. Don't let people bring you down. Stand up. Just think positive. Be happy. Push away the negative thoughts. Do something else to get your mind off of it. Draw! Sing! Play games! Trust me, it works. I know it's hard but try! Don't waste your life, make the best out of it! Make friends, hang out with family. BE HAPPY! -Halle
