10) Jaw-dropped
The rotten hand poked through the door.
I quickly stood up, bat in hand ready to beat the life out of anything and everything that came through the thick wooden door. I creep over to the door, to where the struggling hand is stuck. I raise it over my head and smash it down on to the 5 fingered piece of rotten flesh.
A gigantic "AHHH!" came from the zombie from the other side of the door. "LOLA-CRAP-IT'S ME!" The voice was low and was definitely not a zombie's.
"Sorry Jacob, I thought you were a zombie." I shouted over the swear words and the muffled screams. I opened the door a there stood, my boyfriend, with one hand painted as a zombie's hand.
"I guess it worked a bit too well?" He said the right hand holding the painted left. His black hair covering his blue eyes underneath.
With one hand I grabbed his tie and pulled him into the room I was staying. He closed the door with one foot and closed the space between us. Our lips met causing electricity to spark through me. He pulled away after a quick peck, much to my disappointment and said, "My brothers still asleep."
A smile came to my lips as once again he closed the gap.
CRASH! After a mere few seconds both are heads turned to see a real zombie fallen in from the half open window, its rotten skin falling off its bones.
Then there was another crash and our eyes dropped to the floor where his jaw was. You could say we were jaw-dropped.
