Okay, from personal experience, I know how hard this is to master. It ain't too fun, either, but I have some tips and tricks that are bound to help you, just read this...

Okay for starters, there's a few ways of getting it right:
➵ Having amazing skills
➵ Using a special type of liner that is easier to use (don't really know any brands but that's what the internet is for lol!)
➵ Using sticky tape, paper, etc. (Pretty much anything that can be used as a guideline for your eyeliner look)
➵ Eyeliner stencils (you can get from eBay)

So, with that second last example, I'd recommend clear sticky tape over paper, because obviously tape doesn't fall off as easy!
With that been having said, there is also a picture above if you need a little example (you'll have to click on to see full picture lol sorry about that) on how to do this.

It's not very hard. I mean seriously, the point of this whole thing is for it to be easier, not harder! I rest my case. Moving on..

Here are the steps-
➵ With scissors, cut two pieces of tape (one piece for each eye) the same size as each other at the length you would like your liner to come up to.
➵ Place tape in whichever angle you prefer (like the picture above) and stick onto outer corner of eyes.
➵Draw on liner, take off sticky tape. If you dont feel they are the correct length or size, you can always patch up those areas :)
Done deal!

It will take some time to get used to and might not  work straight away, but its a good little trick to use once you get the hang of it :)
