"B-Babysit?! But don't you have work to do? I mean you're the boss.. shouldn't you be busier than me?" Suji was intrigued and let out a soft chortle. 

"Work? Oh no, Suji. I've already finished my work. My shift ends earlier than the employees," Taehyung informed her while giving her a lopsided rectangular smile as his eyes crinkled which Suji found very adorable.

She found it weird and quite prejudicial that the boss of the company got to end his shift earlier than her and her colleagues.

"Meh, who cares? He's cute and pretty nice too..and he smells great," Suji found herself reminiscing about what had happened earlier when Taehyung had defended her from her callous co-workers.

But she knew that she didn't have any sort of feelings towards Taehyung. I mean, he's her boss for goodness sake! She can't fall in love with her boss?!

Also, after the incident with Minho(e),she always told herself that love isn't going to bring her anywhere good but it's just going to hurt and negatively affect her emotionally.

"Um, hello? Suji, you there? Why are you smiling so creepily?" Taehyung quickly snapped Suji out of her thoughts as she felt her face gradually become hot.

She felt her face become even hotter as she saw that Taehyung was trying to stifle his giggles.

Yep, she was blushing. She was feeling embarrassed that Taehyung just saw her smiling like a maniac and was trying not to laugh because of it.

She immediately told herself to get her shit together and stop thinking about her boss because found it peculiar for someone to have a crush on their boss.

"Uh yeah sorry about that. I was thinking about something..Um..I guess you can help me take care of Minguk? I mean that'll be great actually! If it's okay with you? I can assure you Minguk is a very goo-"

"Yes yes, Suji. It's no problem for me. Like I said previously, I'm good with kids and I'm already done with checking on the reports. I'm only left with you and Jenny's report." He interrupted Suji, affirming her.

Suji felt really grateful to Taehyung and thanked him profusely which Taehyung, who was very modest, said there was no trouble.

Suji then proceeded to inform Taehyung about the directions to go to Minguk's school as they drove off in his car.

When they finally reached to their destination, both Taehyung and Suji heard a familiar voice of a child screaming, "MUMMYYYY!!" That child was indeed Minguk.

Suji quickly scurried towards little Minguk and then embraced him in a warm affectionate hug.

Minguk then turned his towards the unfamiliar person who was next to Suji and later greeted him because she always taught him to have good manners.

"Hi Ahjusshi!! I'm Minguk! Are you mummy's boyfriend?" He stuck his little chubby hand out, waiting for Taehyung to shake it.

"O-omo! No, sweetie. Taehyung is my boss! Just a friend!" Suji's eyes widened in suprise at Minguk's question as felt a wave of awkwardness hover over her.

Taehyung who had a cheeky smile found Suji's reaction to be quite amusing as he shook Minguk's hand.

"Nice to meet you, Minguk. I'm Taehyung. And no, I'm just a friend." Taehyung tried his best to stifle his chuckles.

"Ok sweetie, Mummy has some work to do and I won't be able to take care of you for now as I'm busy. So Taehyung, will be taking of you. Is that ok with you?" Suji questioned her son, hoping that he was alright with having a stranger come take care of him as she tried to ignore the awkward question Minguk just asked.

Even though Suji had just met Taehyung, she felt a sense of trust in him and knew he was going to keep his word and take good care of Minguk. Well, she hoped.

Minguk was ecstatic when he heard that Taehyung was going to take care of him. He always wondered when he would finally have a dad or at least someone he could treat as a his own dad.

He always got bullied in school for having no father and got picked on for being a good boy.

Suji felt sympathetic and pitiful because she knew little Minguk always wanted someone like a dad.

Three of them later got into Taehyung's car as they drove to Taehyung's house where he was going to babysit Minguk there and informed Suji about the address as she needed to pick Minguk up after finishing her report.

Suji was shocked as she stared at Taehyung's house in awe. It was massive and looked like a mansion despite it not being one.

Everything looked opulent from the gleaming wood floors which were obviously polished with care covered in throw rugs to the beautiful sheer curtains that was billowing softly thanks to the wind.

Suji felt like she just walked into her dream house. Even Minguk was staring at it in astonishment and admiration!

Minguk quickly ran towards the shiny leather seats and jumped right onto it like a typical boisterous child would.

"Sorry about Minguk, he's a good boy but he can be a little rowdy at times," Suji apologized, feeling bad as she suppressed herself to not embarrass Minguk and not reprimand him in front of Taehyung.

"Nah, it's fine really. I don't mind," He assured her, a warm smile etched on his face.

Suji later embraced Minguk in a tight hug , bidding him goodbye as she left to go back to her workplace to work on the report with her colleague, Jenny.
