"HEY! EITHER CALM DOWN OR TAKE IT OUTSIDE!!" The bartender yelled.

"You want to take this outside, Lewis? I'm game." Tim said, glaring angrily at Jeremy.

"I...I just don't like you flirting with my...my girlfriend." Jeremy stuttered nervously.

"I wasn't flirting with Kirstin. She's my friend. We work together, for God sake. And besides that, I'm gay." Tim says as Avi finally manages to get Tim's hands off of Jeremy and moves in between them.

"Tim?" Avi says putting his hands on Tim's chest pushing him back a little. But Tim's eyes were still glued to Jeremy.

"Oh, one more thing, Lewis." Tim said pointing a finger at Jeremy. "If you EVER make fun of me again for being deaf, I WILL kick your ass. And that's a promise."

"Tim?" Avi tries again. This time reaching up and laying a hand on his cheek.

The minute Avi's hand touches Tim's cheek, he snapped out of his anger and looks down at Avi.

"Do you need some fresh air?" Avi ask softly. Tim nods with a slight smile.

"We'll be back." Avi said to Scott, who nods and heads back to the table.

Avi takes Tim by the hand and heads for the door. Tim stops to straighten a beer sign that was hanging on the wall.

Avi looks oddly at him and smiles. "Was that bothering you?"

"It was driving me nuts." Tim answered with a shy smile.

"Can you tell me something?" Avi ask as they walk outside.

"Mhmm." Tim says as he lights a cigarette.

"When I stopped by your place earlier to pick you up, I notice how clean and organized everything was. Nothing was out of place." Avi said but before he could continue, Tim spoke up.

"I have O.C.D." Tim says quietly. "Anything out of place, drives me crazy. I've actually have had panic attacks in other peoples homes before because things weren't organized. You'll soon notice, somethings I do repeatedly. Things like making sure all the lights are turned off or checking the door to make sure it's locked. Stuff like that. And when I go to the grocery store, I spend a lot of time straightening cans on the shelves." Tim chuckles, hanging his head.

Avi smiles stepping closer to Tim, slowly sliding his arms around his neck. Tim slides his around Avi's waist.

"I'm beginning to like you a lot, Tim." Avi smiles.

"Really? Why? I'm nuts and I can't hear." Tim said with a smile.

"You're not nuts. You're different, and I like that." Avi smirks while playing with Tim's hair.

"Would it be alright, if I kissed you?" Tim asked, looking seriously down at Avi.

"Oooo, a very polite southern gentleman. I like that. And yes, you can kiss me." Avi said looking up into Tim's brown eyes.

Tim leaned in kissing Avi softly. His breath was a mixture of beer and cigarettes, but Avi found it intoxicating and wanted more.

He lightly bit at Tim's bottom lip causing him to groan softly and pulls Avi closer.

Avi grabs a hand full of Tim's hair as the soft kiss quickly deepens into a very passionate one.

"Don't let us interrupt." Austin laughs, as he and Chris came out to smoke.

Avi pulls away causing Tim to open his eyes, seeing the two idiots grinning ear to ear.

"You guys are a thorn in my side." Avi says rolling his eyes, causing the two too laugh.

"You want to go back inside?" Avi ask rubbing Tim's chest.

Tim smiles and nods.

"But we'll finish this later." Avi said with a wink.

"I was hoping you'd say that." Tim smiles taking Avi's hand and heading back into the bar.
