Lola pov

I woke up and I didn't remember that Kara cried last night. I got out of bed and Kara wasn't in her cot and Austin wasn't in bed. I went into the boys room and they weren't in there too. I went downstairs and I heard noise in the kitchen. When I went in Austin had the boys at the table eating and then he was stood with Kara rocking her. ' morning sweetheart ' ' hi ' I replied and he smiled I gave him a kiss and then he passed me Kara and I knew she needed feeding so I went into the living room and sat down and began to feed her. Once I was done Austin gave me my breakfast and then went upstairs and got the boys and himself ready then he went and did the horses and then some farm work he wasn't too long until he came back.

Austin pov

I took the boys to do some work and when I came back Lola gave Kara to me and then she went and got ready. After I went upstairs and Lola was going to try to pump as then I can feed Lola and its not just Lola doing it. She went into Karas nursery and sat in the rocking chair with Kara whilst she pumped. I went downstairs and played around with the boys and I had a bit of a ruff and tumble with them. About a hour later Lola had changed for a big bottle as a small one was full. I fed the boys and then put them down for their nap. After I went to Lola and I sat on the floor across from her. After about 5 minutes Kara was done then I put her down for a nap.

After Austin had put kara down for a nap he helped me pack up cause I had enough and I had done a lot. I tidied myself up and then went to go and make a early dinner. I went and began to make a sunday dinner and let Austin relax and have a bath then he was going to sort the boys out and Kara then bring them downstairs for tea and watch a movie and then bed. It took me a hour to fully prepare the dinner and set out the table. After we ate dinner we all watched a film and all sat on the sofas which was very nice. I'm so glad I had such a wonderful family I'm so glad I get to have such wonderful moments like these sat as a family. After the film finished we put the kids to bed then me and Austin shared a lovely romantic bath completed with candles.

Austin pov

Lola wanted to give me a treat once the kids where in bed. Once we had them in bed we went into our room. I laid on our bed and Lola got some of her oils out she sat down at the bottom of my chest and put some oils on and gave me a massage it was very relaxing then she did my back and I probably would of fallen asleep if she would of carried on. After we had a cuddle then I thought it would be a fun idea to give her one but I tried and failed and we couldn't stop laughing. Luckily we didn't wake up Kara or the boys. I then tried again after Lola showed me a technique then I got it spot on. After we cuddled in bed and fell asleep.
