Ghouls Are Following

chapter 1

I was walking through the book shop to get a new book. I loved reading, but I especially loved manga. It was amazing, just the art and the stroylines. They all come together into something almost unbelievable. The human mind is amazing.

I turned the corner to pick up a book, but I noticed a boy with black hair sitting on the ground surrounded by books. He was reading one himself. "Hi." I said. "Oh am I in the way?" He asked. "No no no its okay. What are you reaidng?" I said. "Oh nothing." He said showing me. I sat down by him and handed him a book that I have read before. "This one is pretty good." I said handing him it. "Thanks, I'll probably read it." He said giggling. He was really cute.

"I'm Toni." I said holding out my hand. "I'm kaneki." He said shaking mine. "So how old are you?" He asked me. "Oh I'm 19." I said. He giggled. "I'm 19 also." I said. "So do you want to maybe keep in touch?" I aksed shyly. "Yah, that would be great. Here is my number." He said. "Um this is gonna sound weird, but I have actually seen you around here before." He said. "Haha that's funny. I didnt think I have seen you though." I said feeling awkward. "Well I try to hide it. I don't want you to feel like I'm a stalker or something." He said. We both laughed.

"Hay kaneki, I got to get home, but can I see you tomorrow?" I asked. "Yah, maybe at the coffee shop down the road." He siad. "Yah that sounds awesome." I said with an excited expression. I waved goodbye to kaneki and got into the cab. I hadn't bought a car yet. I told him where to go and he drove off. I looked in his mirror and saw him smiling at me. "So, who was that?" He asked. "Oh um just someone I met." I told the driver. "Oh alright." He said putting his eyes back on the road.

I arrived at my house 10 minutes laiter. After I walked in the kitchen, I put my bag of books on the counter. When I went to grab some food our of the fridge, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. It was a Kaneki. We had already tested out numbers in the store. "Hi kaneki." I said. "Hay, I'm sorry I'm calling you in your spare time." He siad. "Aw it's fine." I said. "I just um wanted to say that....um well..." He hesitated. "Well I wanted to say....*slap sound*...." I paused. "What was that sound?" I asked. "Oh that. That was just my friend Hide slapping me." He said. "Oh ok. Wait Hide, that name sound familliar. Does he have orange hair?" I aksed. "Yep that's him. He is also slightly annoying." Kaneki said. We both laughed.

"Ok ok so I wanted to tell you earlier...but um I couldn't. I wanted to say you looked beuatiful today." Kaneki said. I was blushing so hard. "Aw wow thanks. You looked really good your self." I said. Kaneki was blushing hard now too. "So what time do you want to meet at Ainteku tomorrow?" I asked. "Ummmmm...how about noon." He said. "Yah that's good. We could bring our books and read there." I said. "That's awesome." Kaneki said with excitement. "Hay kaneki. Now that I think of it, I have seen you around school a lot." I said. I led before. I'm like a stalker to this boy. "Me too." Kaneki said. "Your in all my classes." He said.

We talked for hours. It was getting pretty late and we were both really tired. "Kaneki I'm gonna go to bed. I'll see you tomorrow." I said. "Ok bye." He hung up. I put on my blue shorts and blue sweater and crawled into bed. I was so tired. I closed my eyes and pictures of kabeki came into my head. I lived everything about him. From his soft black hair and blue eyes. To his long legs and feet. I lived how he always wore sweaters and his blue jacket. I love you Kaneki. :3
