Chapter 8

Kate's POV

As I woke up, I flutter my eyes open only to find my self being watch over by four pair of unfamiliar worried eyes.As I lay in an unfamiliar room frowning I look at them in confusion as I tried to get up.I winced as I felt my head ache,groaning I heave my self up.Averting my eyes to them as I tried to recall what happened before I past out.

Please don't get up yet,take your time to rest.The doctor advice us to make sure you get a proper rest and for us to watch over you and make sure you are well taken care of.The red haired woman uttered as she walk to my side and carefully help me lay down on bed again.

Oh!....Hi finally we got to meet you!....A blond haired woman with green eyes pop her head at the back of the brunette woman near me.

I look at all of them confused as to why they seems to know me while I don't even know them at all.I tried to say something but nothing came out.

Then as they saw me looking at them with confusion.They started to introduced themselves to me.

I'm Irish and I'm Knights wife the red haired woman near me uttered.

Hi!...I'm Lana and I'm Mikhail's wife!....the woman with blond hair and green eyes uttered.

My name is Marynel and I'm Dave's fiancé I'm glad to finally see you in person.I've been hearing a lot about you.The woman with black hair uttered.

I'm glad to finally meet you....Hello!I'm Amina and I'm Darius girl friend.The blond woman with sky blue eyes uttered.

All of them smiled at me warmly, I felt ashamed of my self as I recall my faulty act before I fainted.I should have not allowed my dream to overcome me and and let fear govern me.But as I think of it the more,suspicion grows with in me.And at the back of may thoughts it keep on telling me that my dream were real.Because its impossible that it could be consider as a simple coincidence that the two of Alessio's friend resemble the men in my dreams.Heaving a deep breath to fill my lungs with air to calm my senses.I willed my self not to linger with the negative thoughts that is in my head.For I have come here to meet Alessio's friend and make things worth a while.I should not let my self worried with the negative thoughts that I have in mind and make all of them worried about me.

I'm sorry!....I got all of you worried I uttered apologetically as I stifle a sob.

Hey don't cry honey calm your self,its not good for you and the baby.Lana uttered as she neared me and wipe away my tears.

What did you just say?I ask her with wide eyes and mouth partly open as shock registered on my face for what I have just heard her say.

Oh!....me and my big mouth,Irish a little help here!Lana uttered as she whack her forehead and then bite her finger as she whip her head to Irish side to seek help.

Sighing Irish neared me and clasp my hands with hers.We are not the one who is suppose to tell you this.But since Lana here ......slip! yes you are pregnant.Irish uttered as she glared at Lana.Who just give us an awkward smile as she fiddle with here fingers.

Where is Alessio?....I ask as I eyed Irish with creased brow as I haven't see him around since I woke up.

He went out with the boys to get the prescribed medicine's and vitamins the doctor gave you.Irish answered as she smoothed my hair.But I felt that she is keeping something from me as her voice quake.I felt that she is tensed and fearing something as she tried to look around as if someone will appear and attempt to hurt us.But I did not let my thoughts linger on it for too long.

I'm pregnant!I whispered to myself as I unconciously hold my still small stomach.To feel the life that is now growing with in me.I felt a surge of so many emotion within me as the fact sink in.And the most dominant feeling inside me is happiness.For I am bearing inside of me the child of the man I truly love.And I am not regretting of having this baby for it is a gift that I would cherish as long as I live.As the joy overwhelmed me I broke down crying and I felt Marynel went beside me to wipe my tears.

Hey stop crying its not good for you and your baby.She uttered her voice is filled with concern.

I....I...can't I felt so happy that my tears just keep on coming out of my eyes. I told them as I stiffle a sob.

Aw....honey looks like Alessio is so wrong when he thought that you will get mad at him.About this sudden pregnancy.Irish uttered then they all supply me with the information of what happen while I was unconcious.Nodding from time to time as I look at all of them as they keep on blabbering things.

Oh you should have seen Alessio's face when you fainted. He looks so worried and afraid to let go of you.He even threatened to break the doctors neck if he didn't take an extra care of handling you before he decided to let you go.And let the doctor tend to check up on you.Lana mumbled as she sniggered.

Yeah agree!....For sure he will get an earfull from Dave and the others.As they are out, they are probably having their so called boys talk together.Irish uttered as she giggle.

Aw group hug!Lana uttered as they all hop in the bed as I let them encircle me with their arms and hugged me.Then we all broke in a fit of laughter.As Lana decided to tell us a silly joke of hers.

How about .....we get out of this room and let's have a walk at the beach. Since the boys are having their boys talk.And they are not going back anytime soon.Why won't we have a little fun of our own.Lana suggested with the glint of mischief on her eyes as she wiggle her brow and put her hands on her hips.

Yeah why not! I guess I needed that to have a breath of fresh air.I told her with a smile.

So what are we waiting for let's get going Irish chided. As she and Amina assist me from getting up from bed.While Marynel and Lana carried a armful of food for us to bring at the beach.

Lana drove us there for half an hour.We all got out of the car and walk our way to the shore bare footed laughing from time to time with our silly jokes.As we enjoy each others company.I felt so happy and greatful to meet all of them.Even if its just a short span of time that we get to know each other.I felt comfortable and happy to be surrounded with my newly acquired friends.

I think we should do this more often Amina uttered as she dance and twirl around while the wind played with her hair.

Totally!Lana uttered as she care freely move and dance mimicking Amina's moves.

Irish eyed me and Marynel grinning as she do a circular motion with her hands near her head. Then the three of us broke down with the fit of laughter as we got her message behind her gestures.
