Aight so here we go, my first proper rant. So I respect all opinions, regardless if I share them. Everyone has the right to speak their mind (the first amendment for Americans I think), but that doesn't give you the right to be a douche. If I hear one more person say trans people aren't the gender they identify as, or that agender people are just "confused about their gender", or that pan people are just bi, I will stab someone i2g. People are what they label themselves as. I realise that it's hard to understand sometimes, but if they specially say "I'm a guy", but they were born a girl then they're still a guy. Even if they weren't born with a dick, they're still a guy. Even if they were born with a dick, that doesn't mean that they're a guy.
Like even if we're not talking about sexuality and genders and all that, I'm still tired of people saying stuff that is v offensive. Not all Muslims are terrorists, not all black males are going to shoot white people, not all Christians are crazy bible thumpers who condemn everyone to hell. Stereotypes are not definitions of a certain race/gender/sexuality/religion. They do not define who we are and how we live. If #alllivesmatter, then why are we still categorising a certain group of people based on traits they may or may not have?
I guess I'm trying to say that I'm so tired of everyone being so judgemental and offensive. I apologise if I've offended everyone, but if you're offended by my fight for equality, then you deserve to be offended in my opinion. I have to fight every day at school to be recognised for something other than my race or my gender. I don't like wearing the latest name brand stuff because I'm white, and I don't like wearing makeup because I'm a girl, and nobody seems to understand the issue with making assumptions like that. So if you're reading this, try not to make assumptions based on how someone looks/acts, because that's not an accurate portrayal of who they are.
