Chapter 4: My Backpack

Your POV
I hear my stomach and Mabel's growl "I guess it's lunch time" I said while looking at the twins "Diner!! Diner!! Diner!!" Mabel yells. "Okay okay, fine Mabel we'll go to the diner just please shut up." Dipper covered his ears while me and Mabel were laughing. "So where's the diner? Is it far?" "nah, I know a short cut through the woods." Dipper exclaimed. "Oh cool, I'll go grab my backpack so we can bring some stuffs." I went upstairs with mabel to grab my backpack. "Got it~ we can go now. Come on Mabel, Dipper is waiting for us." Mabel kept looking at me with a funny look on her face. "What's wrong? Is something on my face?" I asked while touching my face to see if anythings there that made Mabel stare at me. "Nooope~" Mabel said popping the 'p' still looking at me weirdly "Then why are you looking at me like that?" I crossed my arms. "Someone likes you~" Mabel said while poking my cheeks, I honestly knew who she meant by 'someone' but i was still curious "oh really? Who?" I tried to play it cool so she wouldn't noticed that i really wanted to know. "Oh you know~" she playfully pushed me. I didn't know how to respond so i just laughed "yeah yeah whatever let's go already" we quickly went downstairs. Dipper was already waiting outside "what took you guys so long?" "Nothing~" Mabel was now looking at me and Dipper. "Yeah nothing, now let's go and eat before I get cranky." we all laughed at what I said. "So (y/n).. What do you do for fun?" Dipper asked nervously. "Well i like to read books, I know how to play the guitar and also (your favorite thing to do)." "Woah you know how to play the guitar? That's awesome!" Mabel looked like she wanted me to teach her "yeah, i can teach you if you want." I offered. "Thank you (y/n)!! Your the best!!" Mabel said while she hugs me. "No problem gurl~" i winked at her till suddenly i got really dizzy "h-hey guys.." The twins stopped walking "I think...." Everything turned black, i woke up and saw the twins were gone "Mabel? Dipper? Hello??" I shouted. Everything was grey colored except for me, even the birds weren't flying like time had stopped. Until i hear a voice. "Hey there beautiful~" i look up to see a floating yellow triangle with one eye that had a little bow tie and a tall hat that was floating on top of him. "what? Who are you and what's going on?" "Oh right! How rude of me, The names Bill Cipher~ I'm a Dream Demon!" Bill said while floating down. "A demon?! Go away!!" I was so terrified i could actually throw up. "Yeesh kid chill, I'm not gonna hurt you and please don't throw up in the mind scape" "huh? I didn't say anything about throwing up unless.." "Yup! I can hear your thoughts" Bill said while doing jazz hands. "Anyway, i wanna make a deal with you~" i was now curious "what kind of deal?" "Well i want your backpack~ And in return I'll protect you. So do we have a deal?" He let out his hand that was now covered in blue flames. "Why do you want my backpack? It has nothing in it." I showed him what was inside but he ignored what i said "that's for me to know and for you to find out~" "i need some time to think.. My mom gave me this backpack before she passed away and since this is my favorite backpack i need to think before giving it to you.." I said with tears in my eyes. "Alright fine, in 3 days you'll have to make your choice. Tic toc kid~" he let out his hand again to let me know that in 3 days i have to make choice, i shook his hand in agreement, his blue flames covered his and my hands. "I'll see you in 3 days sweet cheeks and remember: reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram buy gold! BYEEE!!!!" Bill disappeared and everything went white. I hear voices calling my name "(y/n)!! (Y/n)!! Please wake up!!" It was Dipper's and Mabel's voice then i woke up.
