Chapter 17: A Date With Prince Charming

Normal POV
After waiting for Dipper to get ready, he finally came down all dressed. "Ready to go?" He was standing there, waiting for your answer "S-sure! Let's go.." You faked a smile, remembering that you dreamt of promising Bill that you were his girl. And you were nervous about this 'But just going to the Arcade with Dipper wouldn't hurt right?' you thought.
After a few minutes of walking, you and Dipper were finally at the Arcade. "So which one would you like to play first?" Dipper asked, you probably didn't know what to do first so instead you just chose a regular claw machine. Dipper nodded his head and walk over to the machine with you, what you saw in the machine shocked you "Oh my.. GOD!! Is that a (something you like from a fandom besides GF) plushie?! Dipper, I need that please!!" You jumped up and down repeatedly knowing that plush was limited edition and it was right in front of you, and  probably the last one. "Sure! No problem (Y/n)." He inserted the coins and tried to get it but failed at first try "What?!" Dipper inserted the coins and tried again, the claw picked up the plush and it dropped again landing near the hole. "Stupid thing.." He sighed and looked disappointed, "It's okay, You tried your best." You smiled trying to comfort him. You looked around to see if anyone was looking, no one was near so you whispered something to him, Dipper looked confused "Are you sure this will work?" He asked and you replied back with a "Yes." You and Dipper held the machine from the bottom and tilted it, "Ok, go!" You whispered. You guys started to lift it and noticed some plush dropped out from the machine "Ok ok, let go." You command and the two of you let go. "It wasn't really that heavy.." Dipper said while laughing and he noticed you had a big smile on your face "I finally got it! And look, something else fell out too." You handed the emoji looking plush to Dipper. "Hey (Y/n).. Isn't this stealing?" He asked while pointing at the plush, "No it's not, you paid 4 dollars for it and I bet that they had loosen the claw on purpose so we couldn't get anything and waste our money." You pouted feeling guilty. Dipper immediately got worried, he thought he had hurt your feelings "N-no, After hearing what you had said might be true.. I mean this town can get greedy sometimes." He smiled at you "And it's weird that there was no security cameras around.." You both laughed. "Alright then, let's go to the photo booth next!" You suggested.

~Time Skip~

You guys came out of the arcade both laughing "That was so much fun, I can't believe you have beaten my high score." Said Dipper, casually walking close to you. You giggled "Sure, I'm awesome at video games~" You said in a sarcastic tone. He nervously laughed "Yeah.. So are you hungry? Or do you wanna go to the park?" You thought for a while and insisted on going to the park first. While walking you guys talked about everything, it was nice to get to know him better. He even showed you his birthmark and explained why he's called Dipper "What?? No way.." You were amazed knowing about something like that. You guys found a bench and sat together, you noticed a little girl approaching "Hi there!" She greeted. Dipper had a patient smile and greeted the girl back, "Are you a prince mister?" She asked which made us confused. "What do you mean am I a prince?" He asked nicely, 'Wow, He sure is good with children' you thought. The little girl laughed and said "Well it's because she looks like a princess.." She pointed at you, "And you will get married and live happily ever after!" She continued. You and Dipper immediately blushed at what she had said. You noticed there was a lady calling for someone in the distance, that lady was probably her mother seeing the little girl left and said goodbye as soon as she heard the lady's voice.
"Well.. That sure was something.." You said trying to break the silence. Dipper got up and held his hand out for you "Come m'lady, we must go and have lunch at the diner~" He said and his voice was calm. Both of you looked at each other for a moment and burst into laughter. "My lady~" you said in a low voice trying to mock him. He chuckled "I suddenly sound like Bill.. Ughh.." He waved his hands around. "Don't make fun of him man, he'll probably get mad" you explained in a serious way. "Alright then, let's go already." He was still laughing as he quickly grabbed your hand and walked with you, you guys were already holding hands like a couple but he didn't notice it, you wanted to let him have this moment.
