Halpin was on the then hit tv-game show, the original, "To Tell the Truth," as himself aka the real Luke Halpin, during the year of 1965, in between seasons one and two, of the then popular tv-show "Flipper," which starred: the late Brian Kelly as the father, Porter Ricks, Luke Halpin as Sandy Ricks the heartthrob son & Tommy Norden as Bud Ricks, the naive and mischievous little brother of Sandy.
