Chapter 2

Storm's POV

We entered my room and Nashi quickly jumped to my bed.

" Your bed is as bouncy as ever!"

" Haha, well, I guess I just like that mattress."

"....."

"....."

" Ok, now what?"

" Uhm, we go to bed?"

" Y-yeah"

Nashi laid down on the right side of the bed while I laid on the left. It felt really awkward to have someone not from my family sleep beside me, not to mention a girl! Gale is so gonna mock me if he ever found out.

" W-well, goodnight Nash"

" Y-yeah, goodnight Storm"

It was silent. When I thought that Nashi was already asleep, I leaned back so that I was facing her back.

I gazed at her small and fragile. When I saw her shuffling in her sleep, I started to panic, is she waking up?

I saw as she tossed and turned and finally she was sleeping with our faces right in front of each other. I blushed hard as I saw her innocent face sleeping peacefully.

Then, I saw tears running down her cheeks. She was crying. My eyes shot open and I quickly sat up.

" Nashi, are you ok?"

" S-Storm?"

" Why are crying?"

" A-am I?"

" I'll het you some water."

Before I could got out of the bed, I felt a hand tugging mine.

" N-no! P-please don't leave. I don't want to be alone."

I was confused at first but then I smiled softly at her and went back to lay on the bed.

" Ok, I'll stay with you for as long as you need me to."

" Thanks"

I pulled closer to her and wrapped my arms around her shoulders. She snuggled up to right below my neck and began closing her eyes.

When I was sure that she was asleep, I kissed her forehead before drifting into a deep sleep.

Nashi's POV

When I woke up, I smelled a familiar scent, Storm's. Then I saw the raven haired mage hugging me while sleeping peacefully.

I blushed remembering the words he said last night.

I kept staring at him for a few minutes before his eyes shot opened making me jump.

" Oh, sorry Nashi, did I scare you?"

" I-Its fine uhm so, what's for breakfast?"

" I don't know, let's go and ask."

" Ok"

We climbed out of the bed and went to the kitchen where we found Uncle Gray, Aunt Juvia, and little Jewel already sitting on the table eating breakfast.

" Oh, hello you two, glad to see that your up."

" Yeah, now. Did you follow all the rules I gave you last night?!"
