The Wedding(ShizuoXFem!Izaya)

Chapter 3

"Hey Shizuo, you should just spend some alone time with Izaya you know, to ease the tense?" the doctor suggested. Shizuo lift an eyebrow and sighed.

"We never have time, especially with work" he said "And if we do, it's alway so late at night"

Celty jumped and began to type on her PDA.

[ You should sleep over her apartment, then you wouldn't have to see her so late! ] she showed Shizuo.

"Either way, she's always on her computer. And I later get ignored" he responsed

[ Well, how about she sleeps over your apartment? ]

"She doesn't like it, she always complains" The blonde shrugged, shoving his hands in his pockets. "I guess we'll have some alone time when on the honey moon"

Celty placed her PDA in her pocket and layed back on the couch crossing her arms. 'I give up' she thought. Shinra stared at the blonde.

"Well I guess I'll be going" the blonde said making his way to the front door. The doctor pinched his chin and quickly stood up.

"Hotel!!" he shouted stretching out his arms smiling. The blonde turned around confused.

"What?" Shizuo said turning his complete body to the doctor

"The Hotel were having the engagement dinner at, after the dinner you two can just stay the night. We'll rent a suite and you two can finally have some alone time"

"Listen Shinra, I think we can sort this out at home. It's really not a big deal?" the blonde said lifting a hand to the doctor

"C'mon Shizuo, either way you two don't have work the next day, and when was the actually time you had Izaya alone?" he said smirking

Come to think of it, Shizuo hadn't really spent quality time with Izaya even during the entire enagement. They were always working or interuptment with wedding planning. Shizuo would always want to spend alone time with her. Going out for dinner, movie night, or just a night alone together. But Izaya would also rain check, saying she was too busy with work or she wouldn't have time. The blonde could only remember one time the couple actually spent quality time together, well sort of? They went out to dinner at a fancy restaurant, during the dinner she was on her phone texting or stepping out to make a phone call. They ended the dinner early while Izaya said she needed to do some computer work at home.

"Well, Shizuo?" he said leaning his neck closer to the blonde.

"Um...sure why not" he shrugged. The doctor smiled as he clapped his hands.

"Great! I'll be sure to make the reservations" he said. The blonde nodded and placed his hand on the door knob opening the front door.

"Don't forget to pack" he said waving

"Yeah" Shizuo said closing the door behind him.

The blonde arrived at the elevator till a sudden vibration was heard in his pocket meaning he had recieved a text message. He grabbed his phone and flipped it open.

[ If you'd like your welcome to sleep over -Izaya ]

The blonde bit his lower lip. 'Shit, what do I say?' he thought to himself.

[ Are you sure, I don't want to distract you from work? ] he texted back. The blonde later made his way to the front of the apartment building.

'Well, her apartment is pretty close' he whispered to himself, the blonde felt a sudden breeze hit his body. He looked up and felt a small drop of water hit his cheek, he then noticed dark gray clouds fill the sky. 'dammit' he huffed under his breathe. He then felt he had recieved another text.

[ No, I'm done for the night ] he read

'To Izaya's apartment it is' he thought to himself when he suddenly felt a large amount of thick water droplets hit the top of his head. The blonde then began to run to his fiancé's apartment dashing through showers of water. He dashed to the building entering the elevator. During the time in the elevator the blonde thought, It's been a while since he actually spent the night at Izaya's? And if he had it was in the past with earlier "One Night Stands". But that was in the past, he was actually going to spend time with her, sure it was really late at night but to the blonde any second with her was amazing. He arrived at the raven's floor he made his way down the long hall of doors.

"Ok, what was her apartment number again?" he whispered to himself looking left and right "21" he sighed.

Shizuo quietly knocked on the door. There was a long wait till the door quietly opened, the raven peeked around the large door and stared at the blonde noticing he was soaking wet. But of course the raven was not going to let him in like that, even if it was her fiancé.

"Shizu-chan, your-"

"Yeah I know, It was raining on the way over here" he interrupted leaving behind a small smile.

"Wait here!"

The blonde watched her disappear and wait. She came back with a large towel.

"Here, dry yourself in the hallway"

The blonde rolled his eyes and began to dry his clothes with the towel and later shook his hair in the large white fabric. After completely drying himself the raven invited the blonde inside the apartment. He entered and looked around at the large room. He hadn't been in there for a while.

"You can take a shower, I think I have some PJ's that might fit you" she said making her way to the bedroom, the blonde later followed He soon entered the bedroom noticing the large king size bed he had laid not to long ago when certain events happened with the couple. He looked up and saw the raven, she was wearing small night shorts with a large white T-shirt that sleeves fell to her elbows. The raven did alway enjoy wearing oversize clothes. She began to dig into the drawers.

"Well I have a T-shirt that might fit you" she said tossing the shirt across the room.

"But I don't seem to find any bottoms?" she said scratching her head.

"It's fine, I have my boxers" he shrugged

"You're welcome to use the dryer if you want" she said walking out of the bedroom entering the living room. The blonde followed and noticed the TV was on, with popcorn on the coffee table? Izaya noticed the blonde staring.

"You can join me if you want after your shower, I was watching a movie" she calmly said sitting on the couch. The blonde nodded and made his way to the bathroom.
