HARRY'S POV-

"Alright boys. Your time is up." The guard opened the door and we stepped out.

"Isn't part of your job to protect her from her cell mates?"

"Protect her! Ha! It's more like protect them from her."

"Are you kidding? She weighs all of 115 lbs." The guard stopped and spun on his heel to face us.

"You don't know this girl at all do you?"

"Of course we do."

"No. You don't. I'm gonna do you boys a favor. I'll show you her files." We step into a room filled with file cabinets and a table in the middle. He walked to one of the cabinet and pulled a thick file out of the top drawer. He sat at one end of the table and we formed a semi circle around the other end. "Let's start at the beginning, shall we?"

He opened the file to reveal a picture of a young Caitie. "She started off pretty innocently. Just a little shoplifting." He slid the picture in front of us and followed it with another. "This is officer Riley. He's the cop she almost beat to death when he caught her. She broke his wrist and cracked three ribs. Cut to when she joined that group." He pulled out a picture of Caitie in a black bustier and tight black leather pants, her multitude of tattoos on display. "Starting at age 16, she began her training. Going to the gym, taking martial arts classes. Then, from the end of her 16th year to the beginning of her 18th year, she killed all those who were assigned to her." He pulled out a stack of 30-40 pictures of people Caitie had killed. I walked away from the table, sick at the thought of her killing anyone. "Then she met her friend Elena Flores. You knew her as Alex, yeah? Well she doesn't have the cleanest past either. She was more into drugs though. When they met one another they disappeared off our radar. Obviously because they changed their names and everything about themselves. When she met you boys, thats how we found her. We didn't do anything, this file had been stolen so we didn't have proof of anything."

"But you're only charging her with four. There are more than four dead people here."

"According to the statute of limitations we can't charge her for those. They're over two years old. But these four that she's committed in the last two years are going to be her down fall."

"What about her boss?"

"Derek? He doesn't exist. We're assuming Derek is a fake name and Jade doesn't know his real one."

"Can we go now?" I snap. Hearing all of this is making me sick.

"One last thing. Her hitlist."

"What hitlist?" He pulled a white piece of paper from the file.

"The one that was included in the file when it was returned." He slid it to our side of the table. "Recognize the handwriting?" It was Caitie's, there was no doubt in my mind. "That list contains the names of governors, actors, and other important people. If they're crossed off, obviously they're dead." All but five were marked off. I swallowed the harsh realization the hit me. We were on Caitie's hitlist.
