Anakin's POV

Anakin swiftly ascended the slope, unknown fear creeping within him. He couldn't believe how long it took for him to realize there was fighting on the plateau above. He was worried, he hoped they were holding their position.

Coming to the top he breathed a sigh of relief. The clones were pushing the droids back, not a single fallen clone was in sight.

Anakin looked around for Ahsoka, expecting to see her leaping around, slashing battle droids to pulp. Instead he noticed Grievous. Standing near the cliff, sliding something into his cloak. Sensing the fear grow, Anakin narrowed his eyes and charged towards him.

When the Separatist General turned, he let out a laugh, and drew two green lightsabers from his cloak, making Anakin freeze. His actions didn't make Anakin slide to a stop though. The fact that Anakin recognized them, did.

He stared horrified at the sabers in the cyborg's hands. Anakin looked around, his Padawan was nowhere in sight.

Glaring at his enemy he grabbed his and Obi-Wan's lightsabers, igniting them both.

"Where is she?" He shouted, anger coursing through him.

The droid General leered at him and jumped forward, lightsabers swinging.

Anakin blocked, quickly spinning away from the droids attack. He never thought he'd ever cross blades with those sabers again. He leapt forward slashing down roughly. Whatever Grievous had done to Ahsoka, Anakin would make sure that he paid.

He slammed his sabers at Grievous, desperately trying to land a strike. His anger fueled him, and vision seemed to shake. But it didn't hold him back, it only made him quicker, fiercer. Grievous would pay.

The Jedi advanced, pushing Grievous back, swinging with intense aggression. Crash after crash, staring at the familiar lightsabers opposing him, only made his aggression grow.

Anakin fought, not thinking about how. Only why. Sensing an opening he shoved Grievous back, flinging him near the cliff. The cyborg dug into the dirt and glared.

Anakin twisted the sabers in his grip, and stalked towards Grievous. "Where. Is. Ahsoka?"

Grievous straighten, swinging Ahsoka's lightsabers forward, showing them off. "Not needing these."

Anakin lunged in fury, blue sabers crashing down on green. He grit his teeth, staring at the cyborg. He wanted him beaten, gone, finished forever. He didn't believe him. He didn't believe Ahsoka was gone. She couldn't be.

Obi-Wan's POV

He sensed something was off the moment Grievous left. A strange feeling of loss greeted him through the Force, and he puzzled at it's origin. He hoped Anakin knew what he was doing.

More time passed, and the longer Grievous was gone, the more uneasy Kenobi grew. The sense of missing something overwhelmed him, he was desperate to know what was going on outside.

Obi-Wan warily looked at the magnaguards standing in the doorway, making sure he didn't try to escape. He frowned, if only mind tricks worked on droids.

Anakin's POV

Sparks flew as Anakin pressed his attack, getting Grievous on the defensive. He stood, holding him back, four lightsabers locked together as he waited for an opening.
