~ Zayn's POV ~

I didnt want to admit it... but I was glad that we left the hospital. It brought back too many memories. 

*Flashback, kinda?*

I walked through the doors "I"M HOMMEEE!" I shouted. Just then my 3 sisters Doniya, Waliyha, and Safaa ran down stairs and we had a group hug. I missed them so much, I just got back from X Factor and it had been a long time since I've seen them. 

All day we all just hung out and talked. Later that day I asked if Safaa wanted to go out for some ice cream. She was so excited.

She ran upstairs to grab her things and I walked out to wait for her in the car

"So you ready?" I asked

"YES I'm so excited!" She said with a gigantic grin

It made me smile seeing her beautiful face

"I missed you so much" She told me 

"I missed you more" I said as I pinched her cheek 

I pulled out of the drive way and made our way to the ice cream shop that we always use to go to before I auditioned for the X Factor. 

We were singing to Boomerange by the Summer Set, her voice was like an angel. 

We were dancing, singing, laughing, swaying, and goofing off.

"ZAYN!" She screamed I turned and saw a truck coming at us on her side.

My eyes widened, I tried to swerve around him but it was no use, he crashed right into us with full force.

I saw Safaa's head hit the dash board, I tried to put my hand out to stop the blow but i was too late

Our car was spinning and once we finally stopped I saw Safaa's head coated with blood. My head was pounding as i slowly started to black out as I heard sirens approaching

I woke up in the hospital

"What the-" I grabbed my head to try and stop the pounding. I saw the doctor, at first i couldnt remember what had happened but then remembered the accident. My eye's widened in fear

"WHERE'S SAFAA?!" I screamed

The doctor avoided eye contact and looked at the floor

"WHERE THE FUCK IS SHE" I started to get angry

"Safaa is your sister correct?" The doctor questioned

"Yes" I said a little more calmly but still angry

"During the accident she banged her head, she has a concussion and is on life support, we dont know if she will make it or not" he replied still looking down

"No, this cant be possible. where is she?!" I asked

"Room 205" He replied

I ran out into the hall with that stupid hospital clothing my head hurt really bad but i didnt care i just needed to see her...

I ran into her room and there she laid, she looked almost dead. tears started to stain my face as i grabbed her hand 

"Safaa, please wake up" I said. nothing. her eyes were closed. there was no smile. no laugh. no nothing.

I sat at her bed crying my eyes out, this is all my fault. If I wouldnt have taken her out for Ice cream this never would have happened

Her doctor came in and told me the same thing that my doctor told me but she told me that she doesnt know if she will ever wake up...

"Theres a 10% Chance that she will..." The doctor said avoiding eye contact just like mine had done

So that means theres a 90% Chance that she never will wake up again, ill never hear her voice, hear her sing, see her smile. There was so much i wanted to do. 

I sat there for what seemed like forever. crying. My family came in and comforted me while crying for my little sister. I was suppose to be her protector, i was her big brother, and i didnt do my job.
